Honestly speaking, I’ve never care enough to write reviews on any business, all because maybe it’s that serious or I just don’t care enough. However THIS business express rent a car is honestly the WORST business/ service you could ever come across . They don’t respect they’re hours of operations, it wanted to drop my vehicle on a Saturday they said they close at 1pm I called to see if they can give me until 1:02pm but he said no . I end up arriving at 1pm and guess what ?! They closed . So I end up getting charged another day that I didn’t use the car. Saturday and (Sunday ) even tho they closed on Sunday . I come to drop the car on Monday they said they open at 10am . I’m currently seating here while typing this at 10:40am still no one is here to open the business so I can drop off the car. Do yourself a favor and just go SOMEWHERE else . It’s not worst the 10-20 your are saving . Plus they cars are super filthy and has a very strong smell. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THIS PLACE IS EVEN ALLOWED TO RUN! I wouldn't spend a dime at this place! STAY AWAY! The cars barely work! They basically buy lemons, then rent them out..... If you call to get help after hours with a vehicle, the manager Andy is very rude and disrespectful. Not to mention this company likes keeping customers deposits and giving them back when they feel fit! The ONLY positive thing I can actually say about this place is Vanessa (the assistant manager) actually takes time to make sure the customers are treated fair. But in the end, she still has terrible employers who make her do all the dirty work.

So I referred my Father to this company only because it was referred to me. The people that work here do the bare minimum as far as maintenance and customer service. My father has rented from them for the past month or so and has had a car break down on him (owners failed to provide a proper car) the 2nd car also had transmission issues and now he was given another car that also has transmission and the window won’t roll up! Jesus Christ someone shut these people down please! Listen if it won’t pass inspection it shouldn’t be on the road. God forbid something happens to someone all because the owners are cheap and have no care or enough decency to provide a safe rental to honest hard working people . Then they have the nerve to get upset when u expect a decent car. Unbelievable! No integrity at all! My advice is to check everything on your car down to the signal lights working, spare tire and any serious lights on inside the vehicle because these people will watch the car blow up and tell you it’s safe to drive! The Indian man is RUDE and IGNORANT he’s the owner but will lie and say he’s the answering service... silly old man!

When I rented it was O.K. for what I was paying. I wish the cars were a newer model and smelled a little better. I just purchased a $0.99 tree and kept it moving. You really cant expect more. inexpensive and transportation from here to there.
