Awesome Casey's. Only had one cashier tonight, she was quick and super nice. Pizza here is amazing. Great people here.

Every single time I come the pump doesn’t work and I have to come inside to prepay and half the time they don’t let me put my points in. Last time I was there I spent $40 on gas and the lady didn’t ask me if I had points and when I said I have points she just looked at me and shrugged. Food is ok tho.

Food is good but service is terrible. There are often 6-10 people in line and only one register open even though you see 3-4 other staff in store.

I was having the worst day and I realized that I forgot my cell phone. I asked a Casey's worker named Jerol if I could use his cell phone hesitantly. Thinking "there is no way. I am in Omaha and you are lucky if they will let you use the store phone in most gas stations, Right???" Well, he said to me (in a very friendly tone) "sure it isnt a problem." I said "you can watch me, I just wanted to redeem my Casey's points to use for cash, and of course, I forgot my phone at home". He replied "it is ok, here, take my phone, and use it". I was so surprised at how friendly and trusting he was to me. I live in Blair, NE and you can't even find that sort-of kindness (most of the time) in Blair, Omaha or the other counties around. He turned my very awful day into a much brighter day!!! I called the store this morning and they said that he is already a manager ...well I believe that he deserves a good bonus for a job WELL-DONE! The manager makes this very much a 1 star or lower.. I stopped in today and asked if I could buy or have 20 coffee straws.. She was immediately rude and snappy and told me I could only have 1.. I couldn't find any around town and needed them for a gender reveal party.. Sure glad my plans didn't depend on Caseys or her for that matter.. I went to the Shell 3 blocks East and got 20 at no charge and was asked if they could be anymore of a help.. Needless to say Ill drive the distance to a different station from here on out..

Now my favorite Convenience store for several reasons -the most important being whenever I lose gps on the road there is usually a Casey’s fairly close and they have internet and that has saved my butt several times

I have always been pleased with their carwashes until today. The prewash guy and the drier guy both missed lots of dirt towards the bottom of my car and over the rear wheel wells. Didn't get a picture of those.

Worst management I've seen out of a Casey's Store. None of the employees wear masks. They don't care if their employees are sick, they'll work you to the bone. The kitchen staff is beyond rude with very little customer service skills. The region was over 300 hours on labor and are always short staffed.

They are always low staff on the car washes, so you will often wait there waiting for someone to direct you into the car wash. No one pays attention to you. Better luck at 168th location, they are practically waiting for you to come in at your service!

Easily the WORST Casey’s in town. There was a line with one register open and 3 employees behind counter, only one on register. Then to make it worse the checker cards me for cigarettes...I’m 46 and look it. It’s a “convenience” and nothing about it is convenient! I left and went to Buckys...cheaper smokes, Monster, and the cashiers can tell the difference between an over 40 year old and a kid.
