I ordered a caramel capuchino online when got there gave my name to the lady with green hair and asked if that was mine she responded “if that’s what the sticker says” but that’s not the worst part when I got in my car I realized my cup was just half full. Definitely not going back

Ekram is amazing. She makes the best surprise drinks and is always so friendly. All the baristas in this Starbucks are amazing and it really makes my week to come here and get my surprise drink! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Outstanding customer service!

Ordered a Venti Americano. Looks more like tea. Very weak. Maybe 1 shot of espresso instead of 3. Will be going back for a refund even though it is a 15 minute drive each direction. Awful. Girls seemed clueless as how to make drinks. I know they train them so what the heck ??? Should be given a refund , plus a gift card for another drink on them.

Got a vanilla latte at a Starbucks down the street before going into the Target and wanted to get an extra pump of vanilla. There was no line and I stood at the counter waiting with my cup to ask for about 8 minutes before I walked away. They refused to acknowledge I was standing there while the young guy and gal baristas joked around. Come on customer service :(

Once upon a time I was able to get a mint java chip from Starbucks. Of course I can’t get that now, but the peppermint java chip Frappuccino was pretty damn good either way. Nice, quiet, and clean.
