When my SUV is being serviced at Burns Hyundai next door I rent from this Enterprise in Marlton on RT. 70. Everyone there is nicer than everyone else in the rental car agencies I have been to. I really want to thank Enterprise at this location I had some problem with the car I took for my wife and when I got to this place the staff were very welcoming I especially want to thank John Hill this guy is really amazing he did the job quickly changed the car for us and we were away in a few minutes I will really recommend this place, they have good and clean vehicles and the most important thing is that my wife was satisfied with this place, thank you very much John Hill, you are amazing

Had a rental for a few months because my vehicle was unfortunately being serviced next door at Burns Hyundai. The Enterprise team was welcoming and professional. Just received a follow up call about my recent rental experience and I would definitely recommend them for any of your needs. Thank you for being one of the last companies left with great customer service, that's more important than anything else in my eyes.

Had a rental for 9am. Prior to rental called to confirm and was misguided by an Enterprise employee, named Alex, I was able to quickly fix the mistake he made. Then at 10 am van was taken to be cleaned??? I had a 9am appointment should have been clean the night prior being they open at 9am. Was unaware the van was only quickly vacuumed, nothing was wiped down. Been waiting since Monday for management to call and try to do right by the situation. Forgot to mention had drive my child the whole way to camp due to missing the bus because we were an hour late for.

Marlton NJ Enterprise Team: Thank you for renting a SUV to me for a week. The vehicle drove like a dream. Plenty of room for myself and my luggage. I drove to Florida to visit with family and had a wonderful time. I would like to give special thanks to Jeremi. He provided excellent service when I picked up and returned the vehicle. At pick up, he showed me the location of the gas cap release, headlight switch, windshield wiper controls, and spare tire location. Friendly, knowledgeable and service with a smile. Very disappointing. Agent called me at 7:10 a.m. Told me could not provide car reserved (premium) because was using debit card. When told them I would use credit card agent said they didn't have premium car "anyway". Well why did we go tgrough that entire ordeal? Then I arrived...tried to put me in a small car after waiting. Said they could not iffer anything larger despite tge fact larger cars on the lot. Disturbed my day and completely wasred my time!

Had an absolutely amazing experience. After being screwed by Avis, I scrambled here on New Year’s Eve, hoping to get here before closing. I arrived 5 minutes after closing and they still allowed me to rent a car. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

I recently had a wonderfully experience at this Enterprise location! The employees are so nice and friendly, and the process is so smooth. I had a rental sue to someone running a stop sign and totaling my car, and Enterprise ensured the process was easy when I was having a rough time dealing with the person who hit me’s insurance and such. I definitely recommend this Enterprise!

Great service as usual! They transferred in a car for me to make sure one was available. Nile was efficient and friendly for check out and check in. The car was clean and adequate; a bit underpowered (Nissan Versa) but got me there and back. I'll be back next week!
