This place has terribly snippy staff. I saw a couple people in the waiting area struggling with check in. There is only an iPad, no person can help or check you in. When you knock on the door staff is doing you a huge favor to help you. They talk down to the nicest people. Like the man who was trying to scan his QR code for an appointment for his special needs son. He took so much attitude and just thanked the rude staff in return. Quest you need to do better!

The most user friendly checkin,super pleasant staff and professional, was there 10/11/22 after I walked out of lab core also in paramus, totally opposite there unhelpful grumpy check-in is horrendous

The service was great, the location is inside the building on the third floor using the elevator room 301. You need to schedule an appointment through their website Quest Diagnostic ahead of time before you come in! Check-in using the tablet that you’re going to see once you come in using the QR code provided on the email you receive after you make the appointment.

They don’t send results to the doctor at all. Do not use them. Also there is no way to get in contact with anyone at their offices. Their answering service is a big loop getting nowhere !!

On 05/09, I arrived early for an 8:45 appointment and met with Desiree, who would be drawing my blood. I informed her that I am a difficult draw, with veins that tend to "roll". She performed the least painful draw I've ever experienced and had me out and back in my car at 8:45. She is definitely a pro... should be teaching others.

Went there for a blood draw this morning and can’t even describe how amazing it was! My veins are deep and challenging, but Desiree made it so easy for me. She definitely knows what she’s doing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Super nice and professional, it took her a minute to have it all done. Can’t thank her enough, it was an awesome experience!

Clean , kind, the best! Generally very little wait with an appointment. I also especially recommend for kids.... SO much better than any Labquest I've been to!

There is no receptionist so you check in on a tablet. I went as a walk in and I’m writing this while waiting. Been waiting over an HOUR already. My name was on the tv screen and disappeared. I asked a person who came to the waiting room who was calling names where my name went and all they said when I told her I was a walk in was that it’s gone bc I was a walk in. There is no one to speak to and I don’t even know if my test can be performed here. I should have called ahead of time, should have made an appointment ahead of time but it was a last second decision. ALSO THIS IS THE SECOND QUEST LOCATION I WENT TO. The first one was closed but still showed open on google. So frustrated with no physical person to speak with. I wish I knew how long I may have to wait for.

Was sent here by my physician for blood test. They did it quite fast and professional, no lines in the morning, surprisingly. There are few separate rooms where staff can handle people simultaneously. Place is neat and clean.
