Highly satisfied with our Life Storage experience from start to finish. Each employee and phone representative was helpful, professional and polite. DeVante got us set up and walked us through the facility, and thru the process, until all of our questions were addressed. Our unit was clean and easily accessible, as he promised it would be. DeVante was kind and knowledgeable. He should be proud of the way he represented Life Storage-Bay Shore. We are also grateful to Angelina. She also helped us with a courtesy call regarding our unit and improper locking.

***Updated review - original 3 star changed to 4, my next two visits no issue with the cart, and manager onsite spoke with me and wanted to make sure she acknowledged my feedback and took care of the issue and they are on top of customer issues. Thank you! When I signed up the process was super simple and the front desk lady was very helpful, they did however seem to push for a review that same day which is never a good sign because I haven’t used the service yet at this point. The issues I have with this Life storage in bayshore is there is never a cart to move your items so your stuck carrying heavy items or you have to bring your own cart, or hunt one down from one of the other buildings. I got a storage unit to make things easier to store my antiques but so far not much of an improvement.

Reviewing the Bay Shore, NY facility. This is by far one of the nicest storage facilities in our area. I have been a long time customer and I can attest to the fact that this place is always clean and accessible. I would also like to commend Halima Joseph, the store manager. She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She has helped me get up and running with my storage unit and made the process completely seamless. She is incredibly helpful and makes owning a storage unit so easy. I never have to worry about the unit knowing she is in charge. From what I understand she has been with this company for 15 years. And I can tell you from personal experience, she is the glue that holds this facility together. Life Storage has a great employee in Halima and they should hold onto her for as long as the can.
