I will never ever! Use them again! Ever! First of all my move was scheduled for 11am. I waited at the storage till 3pm. I received a call asking me to reschedule which I forfeited. Upon their arrival around 430pm I was highly upset being that I traveled all the way from Brooklyn. The owner showed up with 3 other guys. The owner has an attitude because I declined to reschedule. He was very rude and inconsiderate. I noticed he is standing on my AC to reach for boxes on top. We ended up exchanging words and he informed me I am the manager after a heated back and forth. He aborted the job and sent up his wife. Go figure. They load the truck I leave and head back to Brooklyn only to receive my items around 730pm - 8pm. I started unpacking and noticed boxes are missing snd items are broken. I am highly upset and this is the second time using this unprofessional company full of thieves. I will probably never receive my boxes and the items broken priceless. If you are considering them don’t!!! I strong advise you to try another company.

2021: be warned, you will definitely lose some items. It’ll disappear into thin air, supposedly. Just look at how they’re replying to the reviews, pretty ghetto behavior for a business. I see a lot of fake 5 star ratings with bland and short one-liners. That’s their own doing. Don’t be fooled. Rent your own U-haul and some friends

Michelle from Baya moving company is very rude and unprofessional. It's a shame that she is the lead person in charge when the owner Frank is not there. Baya asked for an itemized list and got paid a lot of money for my move. They did not transport all of my items I provided an itemized list. The company said that they will not transport the remainder of my items. The job was incomplete and many of my items were damaged during the move. Frank (the owner) promised me a sprinter to pick up the remainder of my items and it is a month later and the job is still incomplete. He has not returned any of my calls after speaking to Michelle. I do will not recommend using this company to anyone. If ai could I would give it 0 stars! Service: In-state moving

If you are moving and don’t want to pack this is your company. If you already packed up and need your things moved secure safe and neat this is your company. They will take you in state out of state and work with you every step of the way. In Times Like this you need compassion understanding professional people and this is One of the companies you should reach out to. I reached out to them to move my belongings from a storage facility to my home. Since the first phone call for a quote, the friendly staff were courteous, informative and professional. My experience involved a third party where Baya did the work for me providing me with the information requested by this third party, including communication with the storage facility. They always followed up with me regarding my account and made sure I was happy with the move and service. I would definitely recommend Baya.

The movers they sent were AWESOME! Chris, Felix and Joel were so helpful! My storage unit had been flooded ... unknown to me. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely sympathetic to my situation. They smiled the whole time and were extremely calm . My move should have taken no more than approximately 2 hours. The extreme water damage nearly doubled my move time... they never complained. Thank got Baya , all the movers moved my items efficiently. Kevin was so helpful by packing my Boxes being that my arm is currently injured . Angel and Marcus H wrapped all of my furniture. These Guys were professional and efficient! If I ever move again...Baya will be my 1st choice! They were done within an hours time for an entire 3bedroom apt. The friendly Fellas names were Chad.Twin.Miguel...Reeaz! So good and made me feel comfortable! Great company!

Michelle, Bryan, Garfield , Twin , Luis - definitely the A+ Team. The most efficient, stress free move I’ve ever had. They were all very polite, professional and fast. A great example of team work. My belongings were carefully wrapped and/or boxed with special attention given to a flat screen tv and some art work. Everyone was constantly in motion handing off to to other team mates and moving things along like it was a well planned and practiced end of game drive to score the game winning touchdown. Score! Highly recommend. Double down on that tip boss! Well deserved. I forgot to mention Maya who helped me with the bids and scheduling the move. She really had the patience of a saint and was pleasant and very responsive as I had to reschedule everything several times due to two stays in the hospital. That was stressful enough in itself and she handled things in a way that allowed me to relax and recover without worry. Thank you Maya!
