I don't understand the prices in here but maybe because they're famous. Usually don't have appealing shoes in bigger sizes for females. If you're a 7-9 you'd be happy.

Nice store, good variety, we found kids shoes we wanted, BUT the service is HORRIBLE!!! It seems staff doesn't want to work. What the purpose of hiring such staff that ruins everything else. Three people saw me standing waiting for to pay. None of those employees even bothered to ask me. I kept asking if I can pay. They just ignored me and were moving around. It was close to 4 pm. Finally one employee came and checked out another lady, who was not even in the line. Eventually I came to pay with cash and that employee was serving me like she was doing me a favor with such a face, no talking, no HI, no thank you, no have a good day. I first time see such a customer service!!!

The staff is very helpful however the professionalism of the staff is not there. The staff was not rude but it seems as if they did not want to be at work and it showed. The prices are reasonable. Would I visit this location again? Maybe

Beware! They sell fakes! I was very happy to find converse because wi always wanted them and didn’t know if they are comfy and would fit me. When I did find them I was super happy until I went to another store to buy different color converse and the selas person told me that mine are fake and showed me the difference between the real ones and the fake ones I had on. Very disappointed to pay the full price and to buy multiple converse in 2 different stores and they all sell fakes! For such a huge chain store this is a terrible way to do Bussiness! Not only to scam Their customers but to sell fakes and being down the brand this is just terrible! I will be taking both pairs back!

I got vans the service was great there was a staff that I personally liked she was fun she charted a lot with my mom she helped us find the right size after we been looking at other stores she made the whole experience worth it most definitely would be visiting.

Great selection in fact a bit too much to make a decision. Kim was fantastic in asking me questions and then matching me up with what I needed. She made so much sense, I ended up getting three pair! I will shop here again.

dont go this place!! i was trying shoes bc i have plantar fasciitis so was walking with shoes and practing how was feel. and customer associate (Cheryl Afro American lady around 45 years old) she complained about me to her friend next to me! she said im not supposed to try to shoes?? whaaat???! was damaged shoes so she was sayin that gonna call the security and police why? bc i was tring shoes in shoes store?? it was soo soo horrible. and decided to check plantar fasciitis cushions next to the register wanted to try before i buy, i asked her , she said ofcourse Nooo!! i said ok , maybe she has a bad day , decided to buy but at the register they said there is no exchange no refund.. so basically NO TRYING NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND . after that left the store wanted to contact manager over the phone they hang out on my face. it was horrible experience at all. (ps for manager 25 october monday 7.35 pm Kings plaza mall pls check the records )
