They do not have much quantity of stuff and they oversell this place to the max. GameStop needs to be bought out by another company and managed better. Whoever has it now is doing a horrible job at maintenance and management.

(M, 29) Place is clean and friendly but they keep the display boxes out for items they don't have in stock, so I spent time thinking about which controller I wanted only to find out there was only 1 of the 5 displayed controllers available.

I called to ask the trade in value and just because he told me a price way lower then the game stop website I told him that, he had a attitude and hanged up on me. no wonder this company was going out of business beside teaching employees to scam people that don’t speak English and yes it’s true I have friends that work at GameStop that told me all the same stories. GameStop will always and have always had bad business and consumers practices.

The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the store is extremely tidy and clean. I had a wonderful visit, and an employee helped me reach plushies off of the high shelves when I asked to purchase them. The woman working there even double checked to make sure the plushies were the exact ones I wanted.

Great customer service at this Game Stop. Also, the staff here are all gamers so they are very knowledgeable. I always leave the store feeling more educated about one of my favorite passtimes.

I factory reset the entire system to keep my information off the console, and brought it into their store. They denied my request told me take it home and download all the updates. Tf! I factory reset my xbox one x and sold it without an issue. I reported the branch to HQ. And this is the BS response they give! This Gamestop is unreliable! Do not trust them on trade ins.
