DON’T GO HERE! Went here specifically for the $99 contacts yearly plan. Supposed to get appointments included for the year. First off, the trial prescription wasn’t right. Not a problem. So I had some stuff come up and when I finally called to go in, they said the doctor was leaving the next day and they wouldn’t have another doctor until FEBRUARY. That’s six months. Told me they’d give me back $10. Like a slap in the face. Then they told me to go to one in Jersey which would cost me $20 in gas and tolls. When I explained this to them, they just didn’t answer me anymore. Corporate on Social Media told me corporate from the store would reach out and no one ever did. Just another corporation taking advantage of regular people. I work very hard for my money and had to go elsewhere and eat the $99. I will be reporting this and continually sharing on social so others don’t have to go through this.

Best experience ever!!! Right from entering i was treated so well. They have a large variety of glasses and for great prices. One of the doctors there was super polite and very helpful in explaining everything to me and getting me started with contacts definitely recommend this place!

Been a client for 5+ yrs. Been seen in VA, FLA and now here. The service is great, as expected. Very professional and patient, considering I'm recovering from a brain injury and can be absent-minded and stupid slow. Looking forward to my lenses. Highly recommend their club for eye exams, worth it.

Extremely professional, extremely friendly, helpful, and down to earth. Had a great experience with the entire staff especially Annmarie when I need to replace my glasses - she was able to help me on a super experienced and realistic level. Also the store is extremely clean - just feel bad that staff has to listen to the exercise weights constantly being dropped by members above. Will be back soon and more afterward in the future for sure. ❤️

Incredible experience with America's Best. Way cheaper than other places for the contact lens exam which my insurance doesn't cover. Dr. Jung is super friendly. Eason is also really helpful during my purchasing process. Answered all my questions and provided me with different options. Will definitely recommend friends and family to come.

I mistakenly setup and appppointment at this store so I called it to cancel. I spoke to a young lady, Lisa and she was so helpful. She even helped me reschedule at a different store too. YOU ARE INDEED AMERICA'S BEST!! BAR NONE!!

It was a horrible experience! My family and I went in, noticed we had to wear masks. Fine we put them on no problem, but we needed one more. This “woman,” don’t know her name no name tag, goes “first of all you all need to wear masks and they have to be over your nose the whole time.” In such a rude tone! Since we were short one mask we asked if she had an extra, this “person” ROLLED HER EYES IN FRONT OF US! Not to mention when we told her that we were there for glasses, she tells the front desk person that “apparently they have outside scripts.” In a rude tone again! I had to ask her again if she had an extra mask and she gives the box to me. We started filling out the paperwork and got more upset with the treatment, that we left. This “woman” had dyed brown/blonde stringy hair and glasses. We got EXCELLENT care from “Lens Crafters” in the mall. Why do you have to be so rude?!? It’s not like we were fighting against the mask? This must be the same “woman” the other reviews complained about. Rude and unprofessional.

I had an early morning appointment and I was seen on time!! Dr. Jung was very professional and easy to talk to. The office was very bright and clean and had many pairs of glasses to choose from. Kim and Sarah were two of the young ladies that worked there and the customer service they gave was top notch. Needless to say I will be returning and I personally, thank you all at "America Best" staten Island for making me feel welcome!!!

Treat customers like animals, talking about them after they leave the store. I overheard it! Edit: I also, while in there, was belittled for pulling the mask under my nose, to see how I looked in the glasses. So basically, you’re expected to try glasses on and not check to see how you look in them. I went to about 5 other stores on Staten Island, and had 0 problem.. Vision works, Cohen’s, Costco..etc all allowed me to take the mask down for 3 seconds, to see how they looked. It’s fine, there’s endless options on Staten Island. I did go to an America’s best contacts and eyeglasses, in Florida, and have 0 problem.. so this is not a chain based problem, but rather this store in particular.

What an incredible experience. Went 7-28-18 with my wife. Wow from as soon as I entered the store all with a smile & warm welcome. The receptionist with another young lady warm & so respectful as well. Nichol the lady who took care of our glasses, Dr & Lisa I Believe she was the manager. Great, friendly a blessing to have been there. They served us with such professionalism & respect. I recommend highly. Much respect by entire staff awesome ✌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼 Bless you guys the whole crew.
