Horrible customer service. I went in for a SIM card and when I told him I don’t need him to hook my phone in the store, I can do it at home, he was literally about to explode. He acted as though me being there was causing him distress. He was rude and argumentative!

Terrible customer service and bad policies. The return policy of 7 days does not exist even though it is enforced by Boost. Beware of spending your money here or any of their affiliates unless you want to lose money like me. Be smart and find a reputable business who follows the policies the company advertises.

Horrible the person is a liar ,he told me he was gonna hold a phone for me when i got there it was already sold i kept checking in all week for them to come in and then he sells it to other people and didnt hold me one worst place to go for a phone
