I have been coming here for quite some time. Ciera and Miguel are two of the best kids that I have come in contact with. Very professional, very knowledgeable, nothing was too hard for them to answer! I am an older woman and it’s been a pleasure to come in here and deal with these two kids. The personalities are wonderful and I am a very happy customer. If I ever have to get another phone I will come back to them!!!

UPDATE!!! Forget going to this store. I was told my phone was 128GB, was 64 GB. Went back and they wouldn't take it back unless I paid a $70 restocking fee. I said why do I have to pay a restocking fee if you sold me the wrong phone. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I went to get another phone, but this time I tried Walmart. Found the same exact phone in the 128GB for $200 where are the phone from T-Mobile was $800. When you purchase a phone at T-Mobile you have to purchase the plug separate. That was another $20. The phone I got not only came with the plug it also came with the iPods. I went back to the store to return the phone and pay the stupid $70, but they wouldn't let me because they said I was over the time limit. They didn't let me explain that I had had covid and couldn't get back to the store. They became quite nasty to say the least. I tried four different stores, got nowhere. I was told by a former employee that they are just hired and left to learn by themselves. Then I found out that the rep at this store added two lines to my phone. He also charged me for the outer case along with charging my granddaughter for the outer case. She also work there, but she quit because of the things she was finding out about. DISREGARD MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I did call and complain to their corporate headquarters. Best T-mobile store I've dealt with. Great reps. Knowledgeable. Had Sprint. Dumped them, rude reps, bo clue what they're doing and they lie to you. Totally happy with this store...will be my go to anytime I need something

The store's posted closing time is 7 pm. I arrived at 6:32 pm and the door was locked with a few customers and employees inside. The employees wouldn't open the door...just yelled through the door they were closed. If you post that you close at 7 pm, close at 7 pm, not 6:30! That's ridiculous.

T-Mobile has gone through many transitions to become one of the nation's largest technology "GIANTS". They have few service outages and their Customer Service is one of the Best. Let's face it. Cell Phones are Cell Phones.. There really aren't much of a difference from company to company. The biggest differences are Phone Prices and Contracts. T-Mobile has an advantage there. The fact, of NOT having to enter into a contract is liberating. Who wants to give up their freedom to choose? No ONE!! I also, like that they listen to their customer's feedback. This is the MOST IMPORTANT Factor in improving an organization. If something is wrong, annoying or intrudes on Customer's Privacy, they fix it. Checkout their locations for fantastic phones, service and deals. Oh... Speaking of deals, be sure to sign up for T-Mobile Tuesdays. Get all kinds of "FREE STUFF".... PLEASE LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME.....

Quick to turn away people. Came in to just ask questions on pricing for my account if I separate my lines and wanted to see about opening a business account. Immediately sent me away and had no care to ask if there was anything else that was needed. Never realized tmobiles policy for there 3rd part stores run by express was to turn away customers and not show any empathy or sympathy or even compassion for there job. Multiple people in and out of store, fingerprints on screens and multiple employees all in back room while front was busy. Great management. Lucky it wasn't an audit or they would have failed more then likely.

I love TMobile but this shop is terrible. I've been with T-Mobile for 3 years and I haven't ever came across a store like this. The guy rushed me, I lost 90% of all my data when I had a warranty exchange and had to transfer my memory. They don't even do insurance claims for screen protectors! I had to go to another store when it was all said and done. Go to Winder T-Mobile, better store better service.

I love T-Mobile but the lady who works here who's name is Jen can't activate a phone if it depends on her life. It took forever and then I left and the phone wasn't working because she didn't activate the SIM card. She can't even do her job.

The staff was so kind and helpful. I walked in very frusterated after leaving my current cell phone carrier (not T-Mobile) ... So when i went into T-Mobile they were very helpful and even though i wasnt ready to make a move or a switch, i felt SO MUCH BETTER!! I am definitely will b back!
