This place was incredibly unhelpful. After having my wallet stolen they would not help me to get a replacement and when I asked to speak with a higher up the worker rudely didn’t even bother checking the schedule and just said that I’d have to wait at minimum an hour. If I knew the employees name I would report them personally for their lack of professionalism.

Worst service ever! Customer service representatives are extremely rude. The representative asked me if I had a problem because I was smiling at her. Completely unprofessional and not a good way to start your day. When you smile at someone they should smile back, but definitely don’t accuse the person of smiling of having a problem. If anything; the representative had a personal problem that she brought to work today

Deposited two checks through the drive thru equaling just under $12,000 and they give me a receipt for $1,160.00, had to drive back & was informed that they see it (the 2 checks on their end) but clearly does not show that online it shows only a deposit of $1,160 and a credit of $100 nor on the receipt they gave me!!! Then I was informed "unlike SunTrust we give you $100 of credit to use of your money until the checks clear" even though one of the checks being deposited was coming from a regular automatic direct deposit account! Can't stand this bank.. Customer beware! Watch your statements & screenshot your balances.. get paper receipts! I only stayed with them for the transition because of SkyMiles but it's really not even being worth it.. you can't even get customer service on the phone- they keep saying long hold times & one time I was on hold for over 6 hours! My debit card wouldn't work. Ridiculous!

I am very displeased with this bbt location. I solely went there because they were open on Friday. Never had an issue at any other location and have blanked with bbt for a long time. This location was supposed to print me a sheet of checks which cost $4. They completed that task but rung it up in the system for a close out of account ..I guess because it costs the same and they were not paying attention. As a result, I had payments returned and return fees attached...😡 I have been calling the bank for the last 2 weeks and received some missed calls from a Matthew lock. I called today and he is out of office until dec 16th. This issue should get immediate attention because it's money out of my pocket due to an error on the banks part. Still awaiting a call back...Thanks.

We had a home loan through this office by Sandra. We were told that we did not qualify for a 1st time home buyers loan. We took that information as truth and continued with the home loan through BB&T. Later, we found out that BB&T did not offer 1st time home buyer loans but other banks offered them. Sandra lied to us, telling us we didn't qualify for them and cost us $72,000 in savings if we would have went through another bank, like Ameris who offers 1st time home buyer loans. Very disappointed since I have been with BB&T for over 10 ten years. We are now in the process of moving all of our money from this bank. We encourage anyone else to consider another bank beside BB&T.

I've been with this bank for some time now. Great customer service.. Your in and out with a quickness. The staff is wonderful. The bank is clean. There is always someone there to help you with any questions or concerns... What more can you ask for
