Totally dissatisfied! I told the lady I do not like brown hair. I asked for a natural red. My hair is a dark brown with very little red. My skin color will never go with this.ugh!

Products fine. Almost every time I go in no one can or willing to help me. I walk around lost most of time and want help and suggestions on what products work. I drive to Greenville to shop so I can get someone to help me pick things out. It's not because they are too busy.

I'm new to the area & I desperately needed a haircut. My neighbor recommended Ulta and to request Jaclyn the stylist. I made an appointment. I didn't have to wait. She took the time to listen to my hair concerns and she came up with the most exquisite style I've ever had. She was friendly, funny and I felt more like I was with an old friend instead of my new favorite stylist. I felt like a new woman when I left.

Went into ultra tonight to find some things with my mom and sister. Mom asked a sales associate if they had a certain item. Sale associate took her to where it may have been and said they never had any in of that’s item. My mom had bought it there before so she simply said “I’ve bought it here about a month ago”. Sales associate said that their products have been down and didn’t have some of the sameness. So mom said okay thank you and left. Well said associate went to a manager who was extremely loud and told her that my mom gave her a “look” manager began to talk about the situation very loudly and unprofessionally. If you were going to speak about a customer, you do not do it on the floor with other customers around, first of all. Second of all, if you cannot handle a supposed “look”, you do not need to work any kind of sales associate or retail. Very disappointed in the management and will not be going back. Lost 3 customers that have been going for years.

The people working there are super nice and knowledgeable. They also have some great deals and you can earn points and get special products on your birthday or if you buy certain products at different times throughout the year. I also really enjoy their clearance sections, you can find some great products there.
