I would leave ZERO stars if this was an option. This pharmacy is BEYOND rude. No one cares to do their job, or help us as patients. They make back handed comments and a rude tone of voice. They make it as if we are an inconvenience to them instead wanting to help their community. I have withdrawn all medications due to such terrible experiences. This pharmacy needs to be shut down, management needs to step up and do their job. It is such as shame that in the community, especially medically, people can’t get the proper help and our treated so poorly.

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME. This place is a joke and needs to be closed before they kill someone. They lie. If I could give a lower score I would. Im take my business somewhere else.

After waiting in a line of cars for 30 minutes with other cars behind me the pharmacy employees closed the window a left for lunch. I now with gas being $5 a gallon AND being sick have to drive back to pick up my prescription. You finish the customers that you have in a line and THEN you go to lunch. That is how it's been for every customer service job I've ever had. This place is a joke.

I've been using this CVS for years now and this has been the first time I've encountered flat out rude service from a Manager. The Manager that helped me was not friendly at all. She was very short and not approachable at all. I asked her for a box of Motrin as I have done so many times before. She refused saying there was now, quickly changing that to there are only two people working and she is already behind on her work schedule. So, I would have to come instore to get it myself. Normally, I wouldn't have a problem doing so, but my infant has covid and i did not want to get him out of the car. I worked in retail for ten years and never once would I say that to a customer no matter how much work I have. I am very disappointed in her actions. Over the years here I must say must of the staff is very unfriendly. They hardly ever speak. lines are always long.

The female staff member in the pharmacy was incredibly rude on the phone with me and even hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question. When I called the store to speak to the store manager I was given the run around. The staff is in desperate need for CSR training, and how to respect their customers. Awful experience!

I only put a 1 star because I cant leave anything lower than that. My mother in law called to check to see if her prescription is ready after getting the text that starting February 28th they will be closed from 1-2pm, bare in mind it is February 24th. When she called they said that it was ready and she said she was on her way to pick it up, they said no problem, no where in the conversation did they say they were going to be closed for an hour. She gets there 5-10 mins after she called and they would not help her because they closed their doors. She would have understood, however when she tried to express that they didn't inform her of that prior to coming when she called they gave her a horrible attitude and started to argue with her. She was suffering in pain after having work done on her mouth, her mouth was swollen, the treatment she received by this pharmacy is inexcusable! They seriously need to get new staff, this is not the first time someone in our household has been mistreated when trying to pick up medications.

I was picking up a prescription that my provider had sent over. I had recently moved and he had mistakenly sent it to the old CVS pharmacy that I used to use. When I tried to pick up the prescription, Felicia explained the situation in a hostile tone. I tried to explain that I didn’t know that he had made a mistake and asked what pharmacy he had sent it to and if she could provide me the phone number Felicia explained to me “how would I possibly know their phone, I don’t fill prescriptions there.” She did eventually let me know what store the Rx was at so I called them to explain they needed to put the Rx back in stock to this CVS could fill it. While I was on the phone, Felicia started asked me questions that I couldn’t answer as I was speaking to the pharmacist at the other site. Felicia became more and more rude. The tone she used with me demonstrated that I was an annoying customer versus a patient just trying to get an Rx. I did eventually get the Rx but it was a terrible experience. I probably will give them a shot again but I hope that someone will coach Felicia on an appropriate way to interact with patients.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. Absolutely the best. Friendly, very helpful. Always has my prescription ready for me. Other locations in my area, not the same. I recommend them all the time!

Horrible pharmacy staff, and even more horrible attitude coming from the person working at the drive thru today (12/22/21at 11am). She didnt even bother listening to the issue that I was explaining to her but she got time to drink her coffee on the clock. It’s so upsetting being treated with such disrespect considering, I send a lot of my patients prescription here. I had to file a complaint with the CVS corporate office for something that could’ve been fixed with a common sense professionalism coming from their pharmacy staff. I hope that corporate deals with this accordingly as this is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, as I was desperately trying to get my sick toddler’s meds.

My prescription is always out of stock, it doesn't matter that my doctor sends it in aa week early to ensure they have ample time to order it ( because they can get it next day - but they don't try to order it until they fill it which is every 31 days on a 30 day prescription because they can't do pre-school math ). I'm going to be looking into switching pharmacies because their website never shows prescriptions called in, and the average call-wait-time is 20 minutes - one time I was on hold for over 2 hours at the lowest customer volume time period... They continuously pick up and slam the phone back down on hold and you can hear others in the background - instead of going based on the order of who arrived / called first. My prescription, which prevents my death, is out of stock again and it could be in in a day or a week - they say it can be in in a day but the last time it would've been a week. These people are jokers. There is one person who works at this branch who is really friendly and helpful, but this location is a joke... I've also had other branches short medication in the past.
