They need to remove the open 24hours lie. They close when they feel like it. How many people have traveled there to get a prescription only to see a Sorry We're Closed sign. I won't be filing prescriptions there ever again. Piece or s**t company.

Pharmacy tech extremely rude and talked over my questions. My regular Walgreens pharmacy was closed on Labor Day. Would rather wait until tomorrow than deal with an angry 😡 employee. Terrible service

I’ve been on hold for over an hour and a half total waiting to speak with somebody since their was a “billing issue” with my insurance .. I DON’T HAVE INSURANCE. Trying to pick up covid meds as they are time sensitive and need to be started ASAP but can’t get anybody to answer the phone.

Attempted to constantly give the pharmacy department the benefit of doubt—the customer service as well as delivery of service in the pharmacy has decline dramatically. How do you not attempt to bill insurance on file? 😑

I’m sure all of this has been said. Today I experienced abysmal customer service in the pharmacy, astronomical wait time for medication and to speak with someone on the phone, being hung up on. I know everyone is struggling but this can’t be the new standard.

I called 3 times this morning. All I’m trying to do is refill a prescription but the app said I had to call. So starts an hour of completely wasted time. I spoke to three different pharm techs. All were pleasant but all three had to transfer me to dispensing. Maybe because it’s Adderall. I have no idea. All three times I could not get a pharmacist on the phone. All three times I was hung up on. I get Covid made a lot of things difficult, mostly having to do with staff. I’m a healthcare worker myself and I have a lot of patience. But being hung up on is just so disrespectful. I’d have been fine if you picked up and said “hey we’re busy, give me a few minutes”. Communication goes a long way with me. But I’m just done. It’s been something new every single time I’ve had to refill. This pharmacy either needs help in the form of bodies or just plain remediation.

Doesn’t answer the phone for my medication refill. Drove 20 minutes waited in line for 10 minutes just to find out it couldn’t be transferred because they didn’t answer their phone to my doctor’s office. They don’t even apologize for any of the issues. Just act like it is what it is. You make too much money refilling bottles not to do that correctly. This one sucks.

This is for the pharmacy not for the store. The pharmacy is hard to get on the phone. I called several times and get transferred to talk to the people in the pharmacy and they NEVER answer. I have called on Tuesday from 5:30-8pm calls were either dropped or they hung up on me. So unprofessional! When I went in to talk with them all I heard was the PHONE ringing! They do not care about the well-being of their patients what so ever. I am currently on hold to see when I should pick up my prescriptions that they had to deliver to the store today and it’s been 30 minutes…. On HOLD! My husband had surgery and is in pain! I need to know the status of the meds, so I can call the doctor to have it sent to another location. This is ridiculous!

I just have to take a moment and tell everyone how wonderful Stephanie in the photo department is! I have been going in nearly every day trying to get a particular picture just right - and Stephanie, every day, takes her time and even tries to fix the pictures herself to make them as perfect as possible! I hope Walgreen's knows what a great employee they have in her!! She has made my visits so wonderful and her kindness is bountiful!!

The pharmacy is ridiculously slow and the drive through is closed for COVID testing only. This is my second trip here today as they messed up the prescription billing to my insurance and the insurance denied it. The first time I was here I waited a half hour in line with 3 people in front of me. I have bronchitis and feel miserable. No sick person should be subjected to this.
