Every time I visit this store it’s either their systems are down, ATM machines aren’t working or the computer screens. I also went to have a physical done the physician that day was so rude. As soon as I walked In “your physical is $89.” Ok I have that! Then canceled my appointment because I didn’t have a physical form. Lastly she sat up and said she rescheduled my appt for the next day. Just for me to get there with no scheduled appointment.

I'd really prefer to give 0 stars for this CVS. It's poorly staffed (that's a given, it's CVS). Most of staff are just pleasant enough. The newer pharmacist who I'm told is now the pharmacy manager is unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, slow, and really couldn't care less about the patients. I have many stories to tell about his rudeness and incompetence but I will spare the details here as I have reported him to corporate repeatedly and they don't care either. I've spoken to the district manager only once and it was an unsatisfactory conversation as he did not apologize nor did he ever follow up with me. As for background, I know what I'm talking about as I'm an RN and at one point managed 2 small pharmacies. And my specialty is Quality Management/Performance Improvement. My last experience here enraged me as a non- English speaker was being given the runaround and I ended up staying quite a while to help her. The pharmacist (Mr. Vu) made no attempt to communicate with her. There was a management trainee named Ana who was on duty who could have been asked to translate as she spoke Spanish but she seemed afraid to approach Mr. Vu. I finally found a GoodRx coupon for her as he refused to look for a coupon when I requested him to. I usually drive 30 minutes each way to another CVS where I'm treated well and always charged less as they look for coupons when the rx is filled. CVS has a database which beats GoodRx prices. It's so bad here that I have switched to Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs where I can't use my insurance but still pay less than at CVS so ... I am able to get free delivery from the Antioch CVS but there is no point as prescriptions usually take at least 14 hours to be filled. The story is that this CVS is quite busy but they actually fill the same number of prescriptions as the CVS on Nolensville Pike which fills new rxs immediately and takes the time to provide good service.

Zero would have been appropriate if it is available. Waited in line for 40 minutes at drive through to get 2 prescription med.

Not safe at all. Long story short their system told me yesterday I'd have an important refill ready this evening. I called and they are out out and waiting for them -on back order smh. Playing games with peoples medications and saying it's being filled or "in process" knowing you're all the way out is not a good look anywhere. People have lives and try to plan accordingly; get with the program. When people stereotype Antioch negatively think of this cvs 💯

Everyone is right, this place is HORRIBLE. I made the mistake of transferring all of my prescriptions here when I moved from Boston. I spoke to the pharmacist this morning and not only was he yelling at me from the get go, but he refused to fill my prescriptions. Now they're stuck there, because with CVS you can only transfer prescriptions one time. Thank you sir.

I would give 0 starts if I could because one is too much for this place. They have canceled my travel Covid test even after testing which resulted into canceling my overseas flight last minute. They lied about there it being a rapid pcr test at the airport and there isn’t. Absolutely a horrible place and unqualified staff. Do better cvs.

I have had enough! The worst CVS in Nashville. They are never fully staffed it took me 3 days to fill my prescriptions once. Most recently I came a 1:00 pm and the young lady at the window said to give them an hour. I knew it probably wouldn't be ready so I came back at 5:30pm. The order was only partially ready. They said park and wait 15 minutes. I get a text it's finally ready go to the drive-thru window and no one was there. I had to wait another hour. (All true)! Asked 3 times including today when I first got there to change my address in the system. It never happened!

If I could give them No stars, I would. Horrible customer service. They hang up on you when you call, can't find your prescriptions, you'll sit in the drive thru for an hour. They don't care. I tried having my prescriptions transferred, they refused to call the other pharmacy, or even answer the phone so the other pharmacy could switch it over. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Worst customer service ever!

Super rude pharmacy technician. I see other reviews so no need for me to what exactly what happened. Poor customer service coming from a ex pharmacy tech & employee from CVS. I never was super rude and nasty to people for no reason. Pharmacy tech asked for my birthday twice never once did I get mad or be rude. But the moment I asked her to repeat what she said all hell broke lose and it was a problem. Crazy. She’ll always just be a tech with that attitude she won’t make it too far.

The inside was a shambles! They refused to see my daughter because she had similar symptoms as covid-19 even though her test was negative they still refused her
