They was paid to repair a oil leak on my car 3 days later it was still leaking oil out of the same location I took my car back they refuse to fix it then stated that they will recharge me for what I already paid them to fix $1600.00 gone

I used to like this place. But they totally messed up the valve cover bolts to replace the pcv valve. Now I am unable to get the valve cover back on because they stripped the bolt sockets. It leaked when I got the car back, and they still didn't fix it right. Now I need another mechanic to fix what they messed up. And they refused a refund. Their so called me mechanics are hacks. They were supposed to do work on my truck and do the rear main seal and replace the rocker arms. They were paid to do the work and didn’t complete the work. I was told that they didn’t have the mechanics to replace the rocker arms. They took the valve cover off and replaced the gasket but didn’t replace the rocker arms. Why they didn’t I will not know. Mohammad said that my truck was good to drive. The truck broke down and the engine is now trash because they didn’t replace the rocker arms. According to the owner they didn’t do any internal work. How you replace the seal without it being internal I have no idea. But they are now refusing to replace the engine and are not at fault. Were supposed to ship the vehicle and now they are refusing to ship it. They have not heard the last of me

This place is an excellent. They are friendly and do an awesome job on my car. You can bring your car in and they will tell you what is wrong and how much it will cost to get your car fix. Sam is a good and honest and friendly person. I will always bring my car to Kings Auto to have it fixed here.

Great service. No hard sell like you might get at a dealership shop. I've never actively compared their rates but I've never received an eye-popping charge. Yes, they're all but impossible to reach by phone, but usually good about calling if there will be extra labor or parts above what was discussed at drop-off. I typically stop by to make an appointment instead of calling. I hate to do it, but one star dinged for inconvenience of scheduling. He really needs to hire an office assistant!!!!

Horrible place of business. They're slow, they don't have the right tools to have an auto shop. I came to buy a new tire and they took over an hour. They put my rim in the back of a truck and drove off without telling me what was happening. When I asked they said they couldn't do it so they had to take it to another shop.
