Worst Customer Service experience ever. I found this place online and decided to take my husband's work polos to get embroidered. I went off of the great reviews and decided to give them a try. We were quoted a week turn around time and also told we would get a call once the shirts were ready. We didn't hear from anyone in about two weeks and decided to give them a call to check the status. Once I called I was informed that the shirts were ready. Upon arrival and checking the shirts I noticed that part of the request when the order was placed had not been completed. We made it very clear that we also needed my husband's name on the shirts and I remember it being written down on the order. When I asked why the name wasn't on there the gentleman that took the order and who I had been dealing with simply shrugged his shoulders and couldn't tell me why he simply said he must have not written it down. He didn't bother to apologize and also could not tell me why no one gave me a call once the shirts were ready. We relied on them giving us a call because he stated that he would give us a call once the logo was created so we could go in and check to see if we approved and then give them the ok to move forward. None of that happened and I asked how long would it take to get the name added and asked if we could get at least a discount since it was on the original order and we ended up having to wait more than a week since they dropped the ball but he said no. He continued by saying that it was quality work in a quick turn around but we didn't get the service as promised. What was the most frustrating part was the lack of empathy and the fact that there was no apology or concern for the fact that we waited twice as long for an incomplete order that I had to call in and check on. Now we have to pay another place the fee to get the logo recreated and charged when that is why we paid and invested at this place. Not only did we pay a good amount but we didn't even get what was requested and now have to start from scratch. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere if you want a correct order or expect common courtesy. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review and me being in the customer service industry for over 15 years it's disappointing that you can't even get a simple apology when there was clearly a mistake made by their part.
