Incompetent If incompetence could be embodied in a physical form it would manifest itself as this Chase bank location. And the manager here would be its consciousness. The reason for my visit was to get a DD form notarized and an EE series bond deposited once they confirmed that it matured. I brought the bond to the employee and asked for a notary. That initial employee informed me that they had forgotten their notary stamp and that their only available notary was their manager who was currently with a customer and that the wait would be 20 minutes. Not a problem, I requested they confirm that my bond had matured fully. The initial employee could not figure it out and further requested their co-worker. The other employee could not figure it out and told me to do it myself online… An hour later (so much for 20 minutes) a new employee who was a notary came in and refused to sign my document as the form said “witness (notary public).” Their reasoning was that they can’t sign as a witness… even though it said in this case a witness is a notary public. I have had forms like this notarized in the past at Chase. I requested their manager as she was a notary as well. She stated she has a list of things they may not notarize; interesting that a federal form would not qualify. In over a decade, never have I had a Chase bank branch refuse this service. She could not even provide me with this “list” of theirs that excluded specific documents/jargon. I went to another Chase Bank located 6 minutes away. Their worker was baffled by my story and apologized for my experience at the other branch. I was able to notarize the documents I needed signed within 5 minutes of me arriving. Clearly this branch is in need of some significant re-training. -incompetent, notary, customer, service, manager, bond

So, I waited an hour on their 800 number phone before I spoke to someone. While I was on hold, I scheduled a phone call with a banker at this branch. I received a confirmation of this appointment. However, the next day I never received a phone call.

Using the Chase website, I had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 Noon today with Guillermo Vega. When I arrived, at 12:00 Noon, I was informed that Mr. Vega was not in the office and that he was working out of a different branch today. I was not notified in advance and did not receive any explanation subsequently. I did, however, receive an automated message the previous day reminding me of me scheduled meeting with Mr. Vega. Very unprofessional.

I came to this bank with a few questions and to deposit a check. I usually hate going in and dealing with humans, but today had to be the day. As I walked in, but what to my surprise, I was greeted with a friendly face and a smile that made my uncertainty disappear. Taj was able to answer my questions and deposit my check with the speed and professionalism that I haven’t seen in a millennia. I left this establishment feeling fantastic, I had dealt with my fears and Taj was there to guide me through this journey. Thank you kind sir, you are an invaluable person.

Here’s an update. Come to find out, when I went to this branch to have my identity verified for a business credit card, the branch manager was lying to me as I sat in the office across from him and pretending to call the fraud alert service line, then told me “sorry you were denied”. After receiving another letter from chase about my application, I called the fraud service line and they informed me that nobody from the branch had ever called. I’m assuming he lied to me so he wouldn’t have to hold on the line with them. I am withdrawing all my accounts and credit lines from chase after 8 years of being a sapphire cardmember and private client. Take your business to AMEX. These people are literally the worst bank to deal with. I would resort to BofA or WF before coming back to chase for any services. I hope this bank fails, because for the sake of potential personal and business customers alike, it deserves to.

My elderly father and I had a great experience at this bank after receiving minimal help at another Chase location in the area. Cameron went above and beyond to get everything straightened out for us plus more! His time and dedication was truly appreciated. We were also treated kindly by other staff members that we encountered. I recommend this location in you're in the Fort Worth area.

We have had multiple accounts with Chase for 15+ years. We recently starting using this location. Their customer service is horrible. They are not helpful and appear not to know the company's rules. They want to force you to the ATM, even when the service you need is not available through the ATM. For now, we will make the commute to Camp Bowie but we will be looking for a new bank.

I have been coming to this branch for about 6 months and they have such amazing customer service. The branch manager is super helpful and sweet and I am so sad that I can't remember the name of the young lady who always helps me because she is the real MVP. She is probably in her 20s and has dark hair. She learned my name by the 2nd time I had visited and made me feel like a valuable customer. Kudos to you guys!

Brittany marsden at this branch is so pleasant every time she takes care of my business deposits! She remembers me and makes light conversation about things mentioned in previous visits. Nice to have that personal touch and familiarity :)

I believe I was discriminated on. The teller would not fill my request to withdraw $3,000 dollars out of my mothers account. My mother was with me and the teller and bank manager would not take her military ID for secondary identification, she wanted to send a security code to the number that was listed in the account which was find but because the phone was not in ours possession she wouldn't send code after I told her it was my sisters number and I could give her the code if she just send it because my sister was on the phone and she said no because I need to show her the phone. She said I could go to another back that was about 10 miles away and go into the lobby, which I was not going to take my mom into any public places. At the end she gave me 5 checks for the account, which surprised me since she couldn't verify my mother was really my mother. We had to leave and call the 800 number to get them to raise our limit for withdrawal out of ATM which we had to go to twice to complete withdraw. I hate Chase for this. My parents have bank with chase for over 40 years and to be treated like we where criminals. I can't help to think if I had blonde hair and blue eyes things would have been different. What blows me away the most is you can give me checks for the account but not my money request and you the bank manager was worried about security but you just handed me checks to somebody who you couldn't verify, that's funny as hell.
