Weren't very helpful found some shoes on sale and he said let me see took the sale tag off rang it up for original price and i argued with him for like 10min till they gave it to me for sale price

Great customer service. The young ladies were really efficient and kind. It was nice to see sooo many girls working. It's usually a male dominanted store. Oh yeah and great buys too!

I had 2 different employees ask me if I needed help which i got, the exchange was quick easy and time saving. But i wish there were more shoe options. Regardless 4/5 stars for saving my time and actually helping me

I literally whitnessed my cousin almost urinate on herself, (she’s pregnant by the way)while the manager, gave her the run around about whom to speak with about an emergency restroom issue.. the manager (Zorrie) nonchalantly states, “ u can walk across the street to Verizon, or poppas...it’s our policy and I ain’t about lose my job, you see all those boxes back there”.. (we aren’t poppas nor Verizon customers) there was no sympathy at all, in addition she proceeded to call numbers to people who had no decision making prevliedges for that store.. She also gave out the number to a customer service voicemail, my cousin called over 5 times. No answer!!!...My cousin’s boyfriend spent over 200 bucks on shoes that day between two Champs locations, and they couldn’t accommodate her?...She was visibly shook, upset, hurt and humiliated in front of other customers, security personnel and store workers as she begged for the restroom... while willing to leave her purse, i.d. and all belongings with the manager., for a basic need.... This is very inhumane and disgusting, to be treated like an animal, from a business our family spends $1000s with, annually....Champs Plz block off backroom merchandise and create a family environment, that offers a restroom for paying customers....and let’s train managers to be humans and not robots..... We should not have to urinate in our clothes, or “walk to Verizon”.... Because, “ Zorrie, ain’t about to lose her job”.

there was a lady talking to cashier about restroom cashier kept ringing up pep and folding clothes she didnt care rude pep!!! we got our shoes and left

Hi my name is Marlee Bonilla and 11/28/2016 at about 6:45PM I brought my son to buy some shoes at your store on Crosstimbers and 45Northline Commons. I was on a very important phone call so I stayed behind and he said I am going to start looking mom. I was like okay, my son was the only customer in the store aside the Rep. and the security of the store I could see clear my sons every move. The representative approach him and asked if she could help my son politely said I am just looking for now. The next question was are you driving that blue SUV my son said yes next thing the Rep goes behind the desk and calls the cops and labels my 14 year old as a black male suspect. My son rushed out the store shaking frighted and says mom she just call the cops and said I was a black male suspect . I rushed out the car and ask her what happen and she said it was for someone else, who else your store was empty. If that is what you train your employees to says to all your Black Customer they are Black Male Suspect if your stores were empty I will make sure everyone knows how you label your African American customers #BlackMaleSuspects
