I had an appointment scheduled with Esther today. I had been trying to get an appointment at this bank for over 3 weeks. After over 30 waiting of waiting, I left. Staff is unproductive and inefficient. Do not schedule an appointment at this branch unless you want to waste your time.

Very nice, large modernistic bank. It's located in a good spot on the North Fwy service road in front of the Super Walmart. Some people have left negative reviews, but I've never had a issues. Chase is my primary bank because of their Chase Military Banking accounts.

Even after setting up appointment the lady is late 35 mins. People don't have time to waste isn't for that reason you set up appointment, don't you think so? Please Chase get your branch office in line we have about 12 accounts with you and have quite a few business account as well.. please work on your customer services department and improve it please this is really bad.

Hardly any employees around or employees rather not Make themselves available & hide behind their cubicles for customer assistance. 5 individual customers got tired of waiting & walked out complaining. This establishment need more employees who do what they get paid to do.
