Wow This is awful. I had a bad experience with a young lady at the pharmacy also. Believe me when i tell you i was feeling great that day, until i got there and had to deal with this Young lady .I forgot her name. She was SO rude to me, she had to have been the same age as my daughter. I reported her to the pharmacist . I left so upset. I normally ignore that behaviour because i don't want to pass that negative energy on to others..SMH.That was my 1st time there. I didn't want to go back...I only went for the discount but it wasn't worth it. Unfortunately my Doctor sent my script to that location again.. Sadly I had to mentally prepare to deal with the Attitude. Which is ridiculous.

Christine, the pharmacy tech absolutely rude and incompetent. Unfortunate, the customer service has gone downhill in every department of the store as well.

This is a great pharmacy. The prices are always excellent. I have never had a problem with the staff—perhaps because I never go during peak hours. Every time I have been in to pick up prescriptions I have always had the nicest staff.

Wow, I understand it's tough times right now but the pharmacy tech at the Bunker Hill location was very rude and unprofessional. Called to get a 90 supply so I don't have to keep going there and was treated with total disrespect. I had my doctor's office send in the 90 day request. They had my 30 day supply filled. The tech asked me what I wanted her to do. I asked for my 90 day refill. She was then very short with me and quickly said it will be ready tomorrow in a rude tone. I didn't react to her unprofessionalism and just hung up because we are all dealing with a lot of uncertainty and stress lately. I will post my displeasure regarding her behavior and she should not be treating the Pharmacy customers like she did.

Costco is always the cheapest when I price compare, so I've stopped comparing and just use them for every prescription! And they are friendly to me every time I go. I saw some other reviews where that wasn't the case, but I've always had a great experience.

I was wondering why this pharmacy has a 2 star Google review....now I know better. The Ladies at the phone is so rude and unprofessional it would literally make you more sick. If there are numerous complaints about one pharmacy, you better believe that its bad! Good luck if you try them.

Use it only if you have a lot of time to waste. Called ahead of time to make sure the prescription was ready. Was told that it will be in the next 15 minutes. Showed up an hour later and it still wasn't ready and was told to sit and wait and I will be called when it's ready. Last time filling my prescription here.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. Unfortunately my experience has been with multiple employees there. So unfortunate as Costco is a great place to shop.
