I went here to get my sis some clothes for her birthday and the really followed me around the store like I was stealing. The when I got to the counter and they saw I was spending a lot they started being hella nice

They will NOT allow you in the dressing rooms with your child. I had my 10 year old daughter with me and they told me only 1 person is allowed which is understandable if it's 2 adults but a child? They offered me to sit her where they had some chairs like really?? Why would they think a mother would be ok with leaving their 10 year old unattended or with strangers with all this kidnapping going around. A sign on the door stating that mothers are not allowed in the dressing room with their kids would be very helpful instead of wasting peoples time going in there.

Another Asian store in black/Hispanic poor community! Treat everyone like a thief cause that's what they truly think of you! They treat you bad and have all these stipulations to shop at their store, poor customer service, etc. YET we continue to patronize and make them rich! Ever wonder why stores like these will never be found in nicer areas? Cause they know who to market to and they know that you'll keep coming despite the disrespect! We gotta do better! Shop with our own people and watch how they will decline. I truly wish this could happen so they'll learn how to appreciate those that put food on their tables! I don't shop here but I've been in the past. It's overrated and in the hood for a reason! Do better my people!

THE STORE MANAGER IS STRAIGHT TRASH AND A LIAR MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS RE CHECK YOUR CLOTHING AFTER THEY REMOVE ALL THE SECURITY OBJECTS OFF THE CLOSE BELIEVE ME THEY DON'T MIND DAMAGING YOUR ITEMS KNOWING THAT YOU CAN'T RETURN THE ITEMS....HORRIBLE SERVICE....AND STRAIGHT LIES

Brought some $32 heels from here 12/17 @4pm and by 7pm the same day the shoes broke. I hadn’t even taken 10 steps! Tried to take them back for an exchange and they said it’s nothing they can do. Very disappointed and I definitely won’t be back. For the prices they charge I expect better quality. BUYER BEWARE! Shop here at your own risk.

Honestly so disappointed in the quality of their items. I bought a pair of heel for an event and before even making it through the doors of said event, THE HEELS POP!!!! So literally from my car to the door, really before the door, they pop. I was so embarrassed! Of course now it’s too late to go back to the store, so first thing the next day I head on over and I explain everything to them of course being aware of their EXTREMELY stingy and unfair policy. You would think that being that I had just bought these heels they would honor at least some form of a credit. But no, nothing. So now I am out a pair of heels and my money. Ridiculous.

Usually enjoy the clothes. This time however the experience was unfavorable. The attendants were rude and rushing. They wouldn't let me try on some of the clothes and they have a no exchange or return policy so how are you supposed to be able to be sure it fits? While I was disputing this issue and waiting in line to try on the rest of the clothes they closed the store and wouldn't let me try on the remaining items. Also I've been to like 10 different stores in the area and they are the only ones that still require you to wear masks even with a vaccine card.. Won't be returning to this location until they remove the mask requirement.

Never do business with this company their clothes and shoes are cheap. It reminds me of Walmart clothing and shoes. They don't let you do return they don't refund money. Obviously this business is hurting to the point that they will Screw their customers over. If I would've known beforehand how horrible this company is I would've never bought from now on the 1st place. A lesson has been learned. Is company wasted my time and my money.

Store has a lot of trendy outfits and shoes. A plus is that they cater to all sizes. They do not communicate very well though. I bought a shoe and went home and realized that I really didn't need it. Upon returning it the young lady who seemed polite at first advised that the store does not do returns or exchanges due to covid. That's understandable because it's store policy but what I tried to explain to her was that it was not told to me before I made the purchase and she claimed that thats what I signed off too on the receipt. No big deal but the receipt cannot speak the workers can, tell people before they make a purchase.

Ok so I really really love the shoes... When you buy shoes & clothes you have to pay for them at separate registers. They're separate entities. I like the selection of clothing but it's unorganized. There are a small amount of hidden fashion gems but if you don't thoroughly look at each item on the racks you'll miss them. The shoe area however, pristine af.
