Went there last week to buy 3 games. The boxes were empty when I got home. I came back 2 days later to get them. The customer representative apologized . I bought another game supposedly brand new. To my surprise he took a used box and sealed it with a clear sticker. You can clearly see the mark of a used sticker. So conclusion. I bought a used game for the full price as new. I love going to check games but this experience is just killing the pleasure to go browse games at gamestop. Very disappointing

My favorite GameStop in Houston. Very recommended, they have a big selection of video games and also merchandise. I went to trade my Nintendo Switch Console Francisco helped me he was very friendly and acknowledged. Thanks Y’all.

Terrible service. I wanted to return an item that I purchased through their app. To my surprise they wanted a paper receipt and showing them the order in their app wasn't enough. After I called someone home to text me the receipt from the shipping box we received. The dude called like 3 numbers, finding excuses not to take the return. In the end just told me it's a bundle item (which btw was itemized on their receipt as separate item and was paid for at full retail price) so it can't be returned. This btw was just one of the 4 items in thr bundle. I kept the other 3. Meanwhile Best Buy, walmart and Amazon have never given me any issue with returns ever. These guys are stuck in the pre internet Era and no wonder are going bankrupt because of outdated practices like these. Save yourself the headache, buy from a more friendly retailer.

The staff was very attentive. Clean store and they went out of their way to check in the back for a tomagachi I was looking for my daughter. Hard item to find.

Good example of your standard GameStop location. The store is kept clean and orderly, the employees are knowledgeable and fast, but don't overly get in your way. Game selection is well-rounded and they seem to keep a decent selection of memorabilia. Could have a better selection of Gundam kits.
