Ahn the sales associate is amazing always helps me out! I can go in frustrated and say help please and he's like relax we got this and as a stressed out business owner that's a huge relief.. he always fixes the issue. They are practicing social distancing and sanitizing .. they always have atleast one security guard on location today there was 2. ( I did end up just buying 2 new phones today - super excited )

Despite a sign on the door saying, if your a sprint customer you are in the right place we got re directed to a different store. Turns out if your a sprint customer wanting to spend money they are more than happy to serve you. If you are a sprint customer with a problem they just direct you elsewhere. Customer service at its finest.

Worst experience at this particular location. The sales rep talk to you like either you buy something or don’t bother me. T Mobile lost a loyal customer because of bad customer service. Port my family account to a different carrier because of this horrible experience.

I think this is one of the excellent storec service I visited. Mr. Victor M assistant manager gave me a personalized service. In my opionion he should be cCEO of T MOBIL. I am metro pcs is vert certified customer and he gave me service without sale. But I went there to buy memory card without needing just to say my way of thank you. Thanks T MOBIL
