Appears to be that all metropcs stores just do not like answering phones. I have hours calling multiple locations and literaly no one picks up. Horrible service I dont like wasting my time just showing up. Customers have questions before appearing so yeah thanks guys for not answering. I wanted a phone like plan for my family but with this I'm just gonna take my money elsewhere 👍

Cancel their home internet bc it never worked, but I had 15 days of PREPAID internet left to use…. They immediately cut internet to my house. If I pay for the whole month in advance I should get the WHOLE MONTH. Now I’m stuck without internet until a new company sets it up

My mother went to ask for more information on new phone lines. When approached by a gentleman, she explained what she needed and the gentleman looked lost like he was misinformed. A young lady with long eyelashes and black hair entered the conversation and told my mother that it isn’t T-Mobile and that those offers are not applicable, also told rude things to her. Definitely needs to work on customer service and the way you talk to a client. Please be informed.

I had called this location on on Friday to ask about the se promotion the guy that answered the phone said I would qualify sense I was porting from boost and boost is owned by T-mobile He said I would have to pay $250 for the phone plus service and activation I ended up going to a corporate store and they told me I would qualify and that the information the guy gave me was incorrect if he didn’t have it or didn’t want to sell it to me he could’ve just said that definitely needs better training

I came in last week to activate two phones with metro the gentleman that helped me said It would be $150.67 that price included the sim car for one and activate fee for both phones I then went to a different store were I was informed that he over charged me the sales person at the other store said there hasn’t been an activation fee in about a year and that the sim card is being waived as well I contacted costumer service as well and they have confirmed to me that I was charged incorrectly I will be taking this to court this guy needs to be fired

Rude Asian guys and not helpful at all, their pose are always doesn't work and accepts cash!!!!!!! weird! Especially in corona They disconnected 2 out of 4 Simcard 1 day sooner when we want to keep just 2 of them, and he gave us wrong information about unlimited internet(4 sim card with unlimited is 140) but 2 sim card limited is 80, but the Asian said it's unlimited internet

So I couldn't figure out how to get to the satisfaction survey. I just wanted to say big Kevin was awesome today. He was thorough explaining all my options. He's got good spirit, give that man a raise! I told him I'd do the survey so I wanted to keep my word.

Great location, always clean and super friendly employees, it is a cellphone store so you have to have patience you can't expect to be helped right away if there is other people in front of you.
