They're very great customer service! The guy was there to open the door as soon as you saw that I was in a wheelchair feeling great respect for his customers or potential customer!! I will definitely use a T-Mobile when I open account and I live 198 MILES from this location! BUT I won't use any other location after my experience here!!!!

This is by far one of the best tmobile I’ve been to. Although it’s all new people I love the new staff. Very helpful and patient. I only feel so bad for them because everytime I come it’s the same people there. Please give them more off time I feel so bad for them or all a raise. Thank You guys for being so helpful.

I new to the area and have been having the darnedest time with this stinking iPhone 13! Came in Mon to get it looked at, still no resolve. I called not long after I left. Spoke with Scott who asked when a good time for me to come back. We agreed on Wed. As soon as I walked in, he said “I know what you’re here for” and immediately jumped on foxing my kinks. He made me feel like a valued customer who needed top notch care. While I was waiting, Jonathan kept me “company” while teaching me about some services I may be interested in for the future. When I need new products, I will be back for one of these two gentlemen!!

I'm giving this store a 1 star only because, I can't give it 0 stars and I wish I could give Scott the store manager a rating. I literally was in the store for five minutes. I was looking to upgrade my phone but, the attitude and treatment was ridiculous. He wasn't helpful, seems I was disturbing his day with my questions and requests regarding an upgrade. And when I called him on he literally said, " it is what it is and thats how it just is". T-Mobile if this is management you need to do better. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks Scott! P.s. I will be reaching out to Corporate to verify if "it is what it is"

This T-Mobile location is always helpful. Thus is the best customer service from a cell company I've had since Radio Shack existed. They have helped me get new phones, get claims set up to get a replacement phone and have even advised me of a Samsung location that really helped me with a stuck Sim Card. All handling I do regarding my service will be done at this location if I can help it.

I have been using T-Mobile service inside the Costco located in South West corner of Tollway/Park intersection Plano and loved it. However they don't have Iphone13 pro max that I wanted available for a long time, I decided to give this location (Tollway/Parker, by Kroger) a try. Unfortunately it's a big mistake. The service is so bad, no only the bad attitude, but also when there is a system error of a bogus address showing on my account, I raised question and concern. The service person did not take my concern seriously, saying no customer beside me has this issue and asked me just correct the address and be good. I can't accept this kind of attitude, without trying to find out what and why happened. This is irresponsible and can cause further security concerns to customers.

I came here to switch providers from Verizon, and not only did I end up saving over $100 per month for only 3 lines, but the customer service from Garrett, Aakash, and Erich was beyond exceptional. They walked me through the activation process in a timely and well explained manner. T-Mobile has gained a customer for life, and this location has my absolute loyalty. 10/10 experience.
