I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr Mohammed at you location in Richardson, Texas off Arapaho. I needed a new battery replacement and my warranty expired on 10-4-2022. He was so sweet and had wonderful customer service unlike your Desoto and Cedar Hill locations which I went to both the day before 10-3-2022. Neither of them wanted ro replace my battery even though they tested it and stated the battery was not good. Cedar Hill employee says it would be too much work to remove my battery, but I stated it was done once before as this is where I purchased my battery. With no solution I was told to go to the store that installed it originally. So I head to Desoto locationon Hampton. I told the lady in gray I just left the Cedar Hill location and was told to come here since my battery was installed here. She was nice but looked up my info and told me " the system says it will take 30 to do and we can't be outside that long. No one even looked at my car to see how long it would take. So it lead me to Mohammed which I want to rave again about for his excellent customer service and actually trying to satisfy the client. He installed my battery in less than 10 mins with all smiles. This man was a life saver. I appreciate his dedication and willingness to help out a frustrated customer as no one the day before even cared. Thanks a million x 100 Mohammed. I believe he was the store manager there. I recommend seeing him I you have any auto needs or concerns.

5-5-5!!! All fives for this store! If I could give a higher rating, I would. Kudos to XAVIER🤩🤩 who went over and beyond in make sure that he put his customers first. If excellence display of customer service was a name Xavier is top pick on my list. A big THANK you for being literally a lifesaver in seeing to it that my children(young adults) were able to make it home safe. I know you may think that it was just a battery, but to me, it was their lives. And by YOU staying ONE minute after 10pm store hours, you’ve blessed a family for a LIFETIME!! We will be FOREVER grateful for what you did on the night of September 7th 2022!

The manager here hasn't got a clue what he's talking about.. tried to tell me I needed a battery maintainer, not a trickle charger for my motorcycle battery.. everyone please google battery maintainer and tell me if the first thing to pop up isn't a Trickle charger.. lol come on bro get a clue then try to run something.

I went to the AUTOZONE on Coit and they didn't have the exact battery I needed but the store clerk advised me that the AUTOZONE on Arapaho had the battery I needed. He printed off the battery type and price of it $219.99 that I needed so I could show the other store on Arapaho. I went to the Arapaho store and they charged me $10.00 more for same battery $229.99 and would not give me price for the quoted from the other store on Coit. I ask the manager to give me the 10.00 credit and he would not. Poor customer service especially when you have the print out of the exact battery with the price. I will never go there again.

I just left the store and Mike the worker just told me, I didn’t matter as a customer. Corporate definitely will be hearing about this. If you don’t know how to give customer service. You shouldn’t have a job in customer service. My request was so minor and I’m a paying customer. I won’t be back.

Prices were very reasonable for what I needed and it was super easy to get assistance. 10/10 incredible customer service here. My car battery kicked the bucket yesterday, and I had to jump it twice just to get to work and then again leaving work. Stopped by to get the battery replaced (it was time for a new one, as the old one was from 2013), and was helped by Oliver. He did a fantastic job of helping me pick out the right battery (and didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need which was great), and then getting it installed in my car. It took awhile because there was heavy corrosion around parts of it, but not once was he deterred. Oliver was professional, yet personable, and helped cheer me up about my car situation. I was really worried that I wasn't gonna be able to make it home that night with my car but he took such great care of my car that in the future when I need anything for my car that I don't have to go to the dealership for, I will most assuredly be returning here! Management needs to give him a raise!
