Used to have a great staff that was quick to greet you, very helpful same customer service oriented. Current staff was very focused on folding clothing. No greeting, no assistance.

After a frustrating time trying to find a suit for my wedding and trying to find someone to help me with suiting (bc i dont even know where to start) we decided to go to DXL and Viridiana assisted us to find everything I needed for the day of my wedding. She was like a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful at getting pieces for me to try. I had specific things I wanted and she listened. It was very refreshing to feel heard.

Excellent experience once again!! From the moment I walked in Elva helped me find everything. Elva was so comforting and helped me find the sizes I needed, also recommended different brands I wasn't familiar with and they fit perfectly. I took my father to look for some clothing and he loved it. So quiet and much room to shop and look around for men his size. He isn’t always confident but this store helped him a bunch knowing that he isn’t alone as a big man! Great store!

I find it frustrating that I can only use one $20 earned coupon per visit. I was ready to purchase over $200 worth of clothing and gave the sales person my coupons and she said policy is only one coupon per day. I then removed half of my order and said okay I’ll just take these items bringing my total to about $155.00 and said I could come back tomorrow for the rest. Really? I think and feel it makes more sense to be able to use your coupons for every $100 you purchase. Maybe it’s just me that sees it this way.

Came in for two suits and Terry was AMAZING - helped me not only find the perfect sizes and colors, but helped make the most of my purchase by helping me try other suit pant colors to get more miles out of the same jackets. Plus I bought my first suit vest ever! I've been a DXL customer for a long time, and everyone is always super nice, but Terry definitely went above and beyond and was very, very kind and patient and helped answer all of my questions, and worked with my colorblindness to help make sure everything matched!!
