My apologies but this was the worst chicken ever! It was greasy and heavy! Tastes like it had soaked in grease for days. I had bought a chicken breast for my mother and she rejected it so I went to Popeyes instead! She loved the Popeyes! However this place does have delicious Taco Bell food! They shouldn't be sharing the same building.

Their store hours posted at this location doors and windows says they close at 11pm. I showed up at 10:10 and they said they were closed. Either change your posted hours or review your management. Either way bogus.

Never opens on time and orders are usually messed up. I've stopped by to get takeout 3 times in the last 2 weeks and the drive-thru is blocked off. If times are so bad for staffing, then change your business hours and sign instead of just opening and closing whenever you feel like it.

Second time there and my chalupa was burned again, so that seems to be a feature, not a bug. The "beef supreme" burrito had almost no meat in it. Chocolate cake tastes like all sugar and no chocolate, so I'd stay away from that one. Cashier was very nice and patient as I asked her what was in various items.

Very disappointing :( We ordered through the drive through, and when we approached the window, they had the order incorrect. Then, they asked us to go park for 8 minutes for chicken. We did, and waited, and waited, and waited. I called from the parkibg lot, and no answer?! Called again, and we were told they were "working on our order", it would be right out. 40 minutes later, a guy approaches with our food....finally. We come home only to find our 2 mashed potatoes full of broken Styrofoam....I called, I was told a manager would call me back, NEVER HAPPENED, NO CALL BACK. It was an over 40 dollar food order.....at the very least they should have offered that same order to us on a future date. This was an EPIC FAILURE for KFC.
