Stopped this morning to pick up an oil filter for my old Lexus...the guy at the counter looked up what I needed, ran to the shelf, grabbed it, rung me up and I was out of there in under 5 minutes...it was awesome! Thank you, very much appreciated!!!

Employee on cell phone not helping customers I then went online and ordered I got a very strange voicemail that said the order I paid for was under fraud review please call 800 number that no one answered this concerns me I called corporate number was answered by “Alex” whom was so rude and disrespectful I asked 14 times to speak with his supervisor only after threatening to hang up and call again in hopes of reaching a different person that he finally transferred me to “Annet” whom I’m not convinced that it was a supervisor and did manage to cancel my order leaving me with no supplies and an appointment with a mechanic that I’ve got to pay a 25 dollar cancellation charge and rebook two weeks from now.

It was nice walking into a cool place after my car broke down in the heat. A pleasant lady rang us up. We were in and out quickly to fix my flat tire.

Needed to get a new battery for my lawn tractor. The staff was very helpful and after a little bit of searching, found the battery I needed even though it was a different part number and I couldn't remember what kind of lawn tractor it was. Great service especially when the competitor didn't even have their store opened though their web page and outside sinage said they should have been.

Been shopping at Auto Zone for years. They've always done their best, gone out of their way, and given great advice. Tool warranty is no questions asked. I refuse to go to O'Riley's.

As much as I spend here it's hard to believe I used to not like autozone. Checkers used to be my favorite. But autozone these days if your constantly working on your car/truck is the best way to go with their lifetime warranty on most of their parts and tools. And it's nice to get $20 every once and a while with the rewards. Usually shop at this store since they have a warehouse in the back. So they usually have what I need
