Just left this location with a desperately needed new battery installed. Celeste was amazing! She was so patient while explaining things to me, and showed me that my old battery wasn't secured in properly. Less than $4 in parts later, and she had it fixed. It wasn't very easy to take out the old one either due to some corrosion and old parts, but again, she was so patient and kept working at it until it was done. I really appreciate service like Celeste provided. It is hard to find that these days. Thank you!

Today our oil change light came on and we stopped at O’Reilly in Ogden. Shawn was super helpful!!! He helped us get the right oil for our car and even went as far as too make sure we didn’t put too much in, checked the oil level, and filled up our oil when he accessed that it was low! This is probably one of your worst locations with regards to customer service. O'Reilly has been very helpful to me in the past but this is the last time I will ever visit the Washington Blvd location. Never have I been treated with such disrespect on multiple occasions.

Steven is the consummate professional. He is both friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what our problem was and then helped us solve it. Then he got us some tools and came out and helped us fix the issue. His customer service is impeccable. We were about to put the wrong headlight in and he went in and exchanged it for the correct one. Exceptional store with exceptional employees.
