Store seems to be stocked usually. However, your staff needs training. The lady with a neck brace for one was super pushy about me renewing my pro membership even after I told her I would later. I was in a hurry today. And then I couldn’t remember what my account was under and she told me she COULD NOT check me out without my membership. I had to walk out. She needs help with training and when being too pushy is a thing.

The handmade paper sign (that is visibly new/recent) on the front door also says 7pm. One of the other customers waiting this is the second time in 2 days this has happened. At that point a rude older employee popped up from behind the counter and loudly scolded the customer saying, "Absolutely not, ma'am! We take cards and we are not your personal bank." Unbelievable.
