An avid hiker and walker, I have worn Merrell shoes for years. I was fortunate to have an outstanding sales person help me recently, and it was worth sharing. Mariela was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, professional and courteous. She was extraordinary, and made purchasing such a pleasant experience! She is worth her weight in gold, and the Merrell Company is very lucky to have such a dedicated and pleasant employee. I have no doubt that I will return to that store and purchase frequently because I have such confidence in this superior salesperson!

The service from Kimberly and the other two lovely ladies, was outstanding and a pleasure to see at an outlet establishment. It is the type of service that is expected at my store, but is to often missing at other stores, I have shopped. Thank you ladies for such a pleasant visit and helping with the grandson. He is stoked on his three pairs of shoes. Mom is happy, and pops is over the moon, and thankful for the military discount.

I love Merrell shoes and needed to pick some new shoes while on vacation. Unfortunately, without prompting, the owner decides to tell me all about how she is making lots of money and that she invested in the new trump stock or something and it's doing great! I'm happy that you are doing well but honestly, as a customer, I don't need to know about any of that. I just wanted shoes and you lost a sale because you couldn't zip it and let me look around in peace.

The folks at Merrell are first rate, and I love the boots I bought there, which I wore all winter. Plan to return soon for hiking shoes and maybe some river shoes for the summer. Highly recommend!

Went to Old Navy and 5 stars mainly because I was so HAPPY even with low prices I was able to use and apply my military discount. I just came back from the Outlet stores in Park City and I was really sad because I couldn't get a my military discount up there at all. It pays to stay in the city and shop. I will not be going to the outlet stores in Park City any more. Love you Old Navy and thanks for applying my military discount.

Best prices I've ever seen on Merrell, and I buy a lot of their products. The lady that helped me (wish I would have gotten her name) was excellent. They had everything in the sizes I needed (except some of the sale/clearance items, which, obviously once it's gone it's gone). She was helpful in the fact that she hikes, so she was able to help me with finding other items (typically run the Moab 2). Great experience; drove quite a ways just to buy my boots here and wound up buying boots for the whole family... now, how to get them to fit in my carry on...
