They overcharged me for a minor repair (adding a water pipe connector $8 part) which required no skill to connect. The tech said he couldn’t do anything and he has to put some charge code. I would never use sears repair ever. Service: Refrigerator repair

Thx it was an easy diagnostic and we are waiting on parts that we purchased ourselves and we'll do the install. The repair would have been not worth it if SAR did it, too expensive.

The technician that came to my house was awesome. He was on time and efficient. Getting the service scheduled was a nightmare! The customer service reps (and I spoke to 3 different ones) spoke poor broken english and were difficult to understand. The first one actually hung up on me when I said I didn't understand, could he please repeat his statement. Additionally, my refrigerator broke two weeks before Christmas...and FINALLY got repaired the second week of February. I went 7 weeks without a refrigerator! NOTE to self: NEVER buy a SEARS product again! Service: Refrigerator repair

* Techs were great; however I have a problem with the no written estimate policy until after I approve service. I wanted a written estimate BEFORE I authorize payment and was told this was not the normal way Sears does business. This is not an acceptable business practice and is beyond the control of the technicians. I'm waiting now 10 minutes for the estimate to arrive in my email after the technicians left and still don't have it. This alone will make me think twice about any future business with Sears repair. Where is my email? What proof do I have of payment required to fix my appliance? Very poor customer service on the part of Sears management. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

The two technicians, Josh and Jeremy, came out to our home for two separate appointments to fix our 1970s dryer. We could not have had a more positive experience! First appointment was to order the parts (due to the age of our appliance) and the second was for the repair. They each were professional, personable and efficient! We scheduled the second appointment on a Saturday and we seriously appreciated the weekend availability. Taking time off work to be home for a broken appliance is an inconvenience, and we were so relieved that we were able to schedule a day we were both home. THANK YOU to Josh, our kitty AJ says, "Hello". And Jeremy, THANK YOU for coming out to us on a Saturday, and THANK YOU for your military service. We appreciate you!
