This shop is truly your local bike shop. I have three bikes, not Treks, but I am always treated with friendly attitudes. Their mechanic shop is the best in the area because they go out of their way to assist the customer. I highly recommend this shop.

Once again, great customer service. Danny V. not only sold me a mirror (broken in the midst of a long ride), but also grabbed his wrenches and replaced it for me. Always great customer service - it's the reason I shop here. The Spokes, etc. customer-service spirit still lives for sure.

I don't write many reviews, but the team at both Trek Vienna and Fairfax have been so incredible. I bought a bike with the help of both the Fairfax and Vienna stores last year when it was still Spokes, and I was glad to see that both stores still have the same great teams working after being purchased by Trek. I returned recently to help someone shop for a bike and we utilized both stores during the process. Danny and the team in Vienna went above and beyond to help us solve a concern we had. The Vienna service department was also friendly and helpful, and didn't make us feel rushed in explaining the issue we were having.

I go to Trek Bicycle Vienna (or “Spokes” as I have always known it) from time to time for maintenance or bike accessories. I had an excellent experience there recently. I had damaged by crank arm incorrectly installing a pedal and I needed a new crank arm pronto for a long bike trip starting the next day. Even though they didn’t a matching crank arm in stock, Theo resourcefully cannibalized one from Spokes’s stash of old, donated bicycles. I only had to pay for labor in this case (very reasonable) and Theo fixed it while I waited, in under an hour. I ended up buying some new tires for my other bike while I waited - so Spokes made a sale and I was a happy customer.

This is a very welcoming bike shop to all who visit. I am admittedly quite particular about certain things but the service department has always been patient as I know I can be a pain. Ron has done two tubeless setups for my gravel bike over the past years. I couldn't imagine undertaking that myself nor would I think to take it elsewhere. Jesse worked with me with my pedal issues and facilitated a warranty claim and was very patient with barrage of questions. I've interacted with many of the staff in the front and also the service and this place is top notch. And they still service all brands of bikes even though technically it is a Trek store. Its a great shop for recreational riders to racers.

I came in because I was trying to attach a carrier to my e-bike, but the carrier coupler hole was too small. I was directed to the service station where they troubleshooted the issue, hand-drilled a bigger hole into the metal coupler, filed it down, and it fit perfectly on my e-bike. This service was for free even though I asked to tip them and they politely declined. Superb customer service!

The whole team worked as a team! They seamlessly handed off to one another from the moment I came in for a consult to when I came back from my ride to when I picked the bike up. Robin and Danny were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Trek as a place for both novice and expert riders!

This is my favorite bicycle shop in the area! Great service and customer care and their staff really goes above and beyond (which was also the case in the past, before Spokes Etc got acquired by Trek - I and a friend of mine purchased a couple of bikes there and their service was just as topnotch as it is these days). I stopped by the shop just last week, after they were already closed and yet they let me in and helped me to fine-tune my just-purchased bike (which I got on the same day from another Trek store), which I really appreciated! Special kudos to Ron and Robin, who took care of me that particular day. You guys are the best!

I brought in two bikes that had been sitting for some time for service to renew them. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Alec promptly evaluated the bikes and recommended solutions. One bike was sent home fully restored; the second bike should be completed today. Overall I was very pleased with the quick service and especially the rapid turnaround.
