I used to work at full service car wash and for the price I paid here I wouldn't have gotten hardly anything done. Nice and courteous staff, has definitely become my regular place

Paid for vacuuming & was not notified that the vacuum wasn’t working until AFTER I paid! They also didn’t even clean off my dashboard. This place has gone down tremendously

After paying $27 for a car wash you’ll think you won’t have any complaints!!! That’s not my case!!! I try and give this place chance after chance and there’s no change. Windows smeared, they’ll close your ash tray and don’t clean it, don’t dry car properly, half vacuum, and when you let them no the wrongs the guys gets an attitude. If I’m paying $27 I expect my car to be PERFECT!! I can go to woodmans and pay $4 and do everything else myself. Grant it I have 8 stamps with suburban so I’m there a lot, the outside of my car be VERY CLEAN with them so that’s what keeps me trying to come back

I visited this place for the first time and they were supposed to do an interior vacuum. It’s sad that people can run business like this and to offer for the same people is ridiculous who didn’t do it right the first time. I wouldn’t ever go back here, I don’t care how chilly it is, I’ll be vacuuming myself from now on. (These pictures are after the service was supposedly done)

I had been going to Suburban for 20+ years. ALWAYS great quality service and friendly hard working manager (Tom) and employees. Their prices were very reasonable. I paid around $13 for years for a full service car wash. They also have cards that were stamped with every wash. When the card was filled, you got a free wash of any price. I never was disappointed. They also jumped my car once. I didn't even ask and they did it for no charge. I moved to Green Bay 1 1/2 years ago and the only place I could find that does full service car washes is charging $26!!! I miss Suburban! Services: Vacuuming, Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming
