This place is absolutely amazing. Food is always cooked to order never sits in a window. They are very professional and polite. The food is always hot and fresh. Why would you even want to go to other places when this place cooks your order when you order it. Its ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Highly recommend to everyone.

So glad that Steak 'n Shake is back in full service. I used to eat here literally everyday about a decade ago and now I get to relive those glory days with those delicious burgers. A plus however is that the service is better than ever, very respectful employees. Great job.

Easy ordering with the kiosks they have available in the dining room, exceptional service and we got our food nice and quick. Very respectful and polite employees as well. Definitely recommend this place

Absolutely great experience here! The ordering system is fast and convenient and the manager, Carlton I believe, is an awesome member of the team. The staff at this location do an excellent job of preparing the great food and tending to the needs of their guests. As of this date, this location is preparing to celebrate its one year anniversary. I wish them many, many more in the years to come.

We were traveling through and noticed that their dining room was open. Once inside there are signs directing you to order on a kiosk and take a seat. I understand the reason for the kiosk, but that doesn't mean I have to like the kiosk. It took me 5 minutes to order 2 meals, simply because I'm unfamiliar with using the kiosk. The manager came around and talked to us as the place was full of kids and kind of loud ( which we didn't mind). He said it was family and friends night, celebrating the reopening of the dining room. They had board games people were playing and everyone was having a good time.
