Buyer be aware!!! Company/Staff is aware of bikes being stolen from the bike rack right infront of the entrance and does absolutely nothing to let their customers know this is an issue at this location. This has happened to my 15 year old son within 15 min of shopping. To make madders worse aside from " yeah bikes get stolen from there" he received no help nor even a little compassion for his $1500 electric bike missing and him not having a way to get home safetly until he was smart enough to call 911 for help and trully amazing Tempe Police officers arrived and literally saved the day by providing my distressed teanager with much needed "this is not ok and we have your back" assistance.

Everyone was great and if we needed something in particular they can help us find as soon as we went in. Then I went to wait outside and employee asked if I wanted water while waiting. Very satisfied. I would recommend.

My niece and I traveled here from IL to visit my cousin. My niece wanted an AZ sweatshirt but hadn't seen any she liked in the other shops we'd visited thus far. We were leaving tomorrow and my cousin called the store to see if they carried any AZ gear that wasn't related to a sports team. One of the team members, I think Kate, was nice enough to check the stock and even described the items she had available. We three ladies drove the 25 minutes across town to view the items she had pulled for my niece. One of them was EXACTLY what she was looking for! What GREAT Customer service!! Thank you for going above and beyond today!

90% of the softball gloves we're lefty's. Not a lot of selection for righty's. Most for right hand throwers were over $200. So much for the pretty paint about Women's Month on the doors. Baseball selection was insanely good.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Do not Buy a baseball bat from here. If there is any tiny thing wrong with it or you have removed the packaging they will not return it, even if you are buying a more expensive bat after your return. I can understand not giving people their money back for things that are open, however lots of thriving businesses do this all the time! Also, if you are willing and planning to spend more money than you did on the original item I do not understand turning down returns. Will not be buying things from here anymore

We did not end up buying anything (actually had a return) but we shopped around specifically for shoes for the longest time. It wasn’t very busy and at first the workers were helping someone else. We waited our turn and found the kiosk to check for our sizes. Although ultimately the shoes that I tried did not fit as I’d like, Jazz, yes jazz like the music, was very helpful and very informative. While helping us and other customers he gave advice and bits of wisdom and asked lots of questions to better understand what we were looking for… We didn’t get a store feedback survey because we didn’t buy anything but Jazz is the kind of employee that should be recognized for his helpfulness! Everyone else was great as well. We felt bad that we didn’t buy anything from Jazz; he really knows his shoes. We also talked about the books we were reading, Star Wars, and the various chit chat that one makes with a sales associate while walking around trying on shoes. As another customer service worker (not in sales) sometimes customer or patron complements are few and far between. Satisfied people don’t tend to speak up. Thank you, Jazz. You were very helpful!

Good experience. Did seem that their selection of youth baseball cleats was less than I remember. I will say they cost less than I thought which was plus. Nice to go around and try things out, my son had a good time in the batting simulator! Little disappointed on some off the so called clearance pricing...(see photos). Found a new style mask, strapless, very cool.. But overall positive vibes! Also picked up a kick a$$ frisbee that flies faaaaarr!
