Was really bummed out. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. What I got was a small salad with, what appeared to be, diced up chicken meat that they would put into a burrito or taco. At the window when getting my order, I asked for either ranch or blue cheese. The kid tells me they don't have salad dressings. This is very strange to sell salads and not carry dressing??? He tells me that it comes with salsa. Then he tells me that they have ranch, if I want to buy it. Yes, ranch dressing....but why would I need to buy dressing for my salad. He can keep the salsa. Then again he says that they don't have dressing, only ranch. THATS what ranch is, it's salad dressing. He told me no, ranch is not salad dressing. So I paid the 54 cents to get about a tablespoon of ranch. Very strange to sell salads and not carry salad dressing. Also, someone needs to tell the employees that ranch is, in fact, salad dressing....and not charge extra for it.

I have been to this location countless times and I would say they get my order correct 20% of the time. The cake topper today was going for breakfast and the location isn’t even open - although the hours say they are open. No signage to say they are not, just an empty store. Im not sure how they have stayed in business as long as they have.

Del Taco never fails to exceed my expectations. The value menu is truly a value, we can feed a lot of people for a lot less money than anywhere else. The Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla is my favorite. Taco Tuesday is also pretty amazing; the tacos are value size, but you can't beat 3 tacos for $1.69 Everytime I come in I'm always greeted with a smile by the team and management I think her name is Claudine or Claudia Keep up the good work 🤗

The lady who is taking the orders for the drive thru is very rude, many times she shouts..” one second “ while I’m making the order. She gave me a wrong order and she insists that I have my order in full and the wrong bag belongs to the car next to me and it was extra. And after she realized that I don’t have it, she gave it to me without even an apology.

Very unorganized staff! I ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and 1 plain chicken soft taco with a Strawberry Sprite on the side. In between me ordering I was cut off multiple times and at the end, I was repeated my order back to me correctly. However, my order was all kinds of whack! ... and no one was ahead of me or behind me. So I don't understand the lack of effort that went into my order, especially.

People are nice enough here, actually very friendly, but it’s not often I get my order correctly. Usually the fries or hash brown are cold. Today I did get fresh fries which was awesome, but then I decided to have a bite of my egg and cheese burrito, no side extra cheese. Welp today was the day I was going to have to be happy with just fries. I got a burrito with just egg LOADED with sauce. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️Maybe next time.

I wish i can give it a negative 5 star. The drive thru guy Saturday night at around 7pm 1-8-22 has a very bad attitude. Rushing to get your order and being verry rude. When I drove up to the window to get my order I asked if they had hot coffe and this guy yells at me "no we dont have hot coffee" looking at me like a crazy man!. I didn't get the guys name but he had tattoos all over his neck. This guy looked like he was under the influence of some kind of drug or something. I really hope this guy is not the manager. You guys need to have a serious talk with that guy. Very unprofessional. Even if im starving i will never ever visit this location ever again. If Del Taco doesn't reply to my review they must be ok with workers like that. Very embarrassing for Del Taco!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! The drive thru person id extremely rude! Had an attitude when I asked a simple question. Also, the parking structure here is horrible! You cannot park in the parking lot without getting stuck inside bc the drive they line prevents you from getting out! Lastly, they’re always closing earlier than what is stated on gooflr & they’re always out of stuff! I do not recommend this Del Taco to ANYONE! Not even my worse enemy.

Always get my order correct even with all the changes I made to it. Fries are well done like I request too. Chicken Queso is amazing!
