This is by far the WORST TD Bank branch in Miami! At least in the Gables locations there aren't DMV-style lines. The tellers are fine, and do well enough. But the management is absolutely horrendous. The branch manager, and others in charge, don't really care about customers. I had an issue with a deposit via an ATM months ago, and they barely assisted me. It was especially nice how they kept blaming me for making an error even though the ATM accepted my deposit. I even filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which I recommend doing to help get this branch fixed, if that's even possible, although TD managed to side-step the complaint, and just continued to feed me more lies about how there's no evidence of the transaction even though there's surveillance footage. Honestly, this branch, and TD as a company should be ashamed by their behavior. They are a disgrace to the banking profession.

This review is the rating for TD bank overall. If you are thinking to open a bank account choose another bank!!!! Horrible customer service. I had to varify my account, and I couldn't do it neither online nor over the phone. I waited to go back to the East coat because they don't have branches on the west coast. And when I finally came to the branch they said that this form has to be requested and will be ready in 3-5 business days and I have to come back in person to pick it up. Wells Fargo for example could provide me everything right away without waiting.

I came into the bank because I needed help with a check I deposited. The manager was able to verify and help me with my check and my account. Everyone was friendly and helped me sign in for my appointment .

Great service! Staff is nice and friendly. They went out of the way to help me even though they were busy. I don’t mind the wait as long as they treat me well. Nice employees!

One star is more for this location. Banker was not busy and she literally refused the help, it was only for printing debit card. Some people don’t want to do their job. If you go to the other TD bank location, there are differences that you can see right away. I see the feedbacks and rate, not suprised..

This bank was not attending the drive thru this Sunday. I was waiting for 20 minutes and no one came. They actually closed the curtain and door which you can see from the drive thru. The wait time is horrendous here. Thumbs down!

TD Bank is by far one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I have banked with dozens of banks in both a personal and business context. Having have held my stocks with TD ameritrade, for over 5 years, I thought that it may be a good idea to open up an account with TD bank. They sent me an offer in the mail to receive $300 upon opening an account and meeting their direct deposit requirements. I opened my account back in July and met the requirements within 30 days. When I didn't see the $300 credit, I reached out. Their staff informed me I met the requirement, but told me it could take up to 140 days to process. I followed up on December 6th (more than 140 days after opening the account) and they again told me that I had met the requirements, but weren't sure why it hadn't gone through. On December 20th, I followed up again and they said they still didn't have an answer for me. Finally, TODAY, on December 22nd (roughly 6 MONTHS after opening my account) they have informed me that the offer expired prior to opening my account. How could any bank conduct business like this?? If the offer was expired, it should have been addressed much earlier. Additionally, I was not able to communicate with ANYONE on the promotional team who made the claim that the offer was expired. These automated service lines inhibit customers from getting any meaningful service. The customer service line was useless... They are without a doubt losing a banking customer. I'm now contemplating switching my investment accounts too, as I am fed up.

This is the only bank close to me so I have no choice, but I have to come here once a week and they need to get more staff. The fact that I have mentally prepare myself to wait for a teller for 30-45 min every single time is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve tried all times of the day and it’s still the same thing. I’m from NY and you’ll be in and out of the bank in 5-10 min. I don’t understand. Is it not the same process? Why is it taking so long?

Worst experience ever... the girl from customer service (tall, long hair) was having a social chat with her customer, unfairly not caring about the other 5 customers waiting to be helped. This went on for more than 60 minutes. Then, when I politely asked for a manager to see if there was someone else available to help the others sitting in the lobby (including me), I heard in the back the customer service rep saying that I had to learn how to be patient. Are you kidding me? Unacceptable. Teach your people to take efficient control of the timing of each interaction. 1 star b/c ZERO is not an option. Closing this account today.

This is the most terrible bank in the world.i tried to resolve my issue through the phone & got many different answers due to my situation & hardship I am clearly going through ended up finally coming in. As I arrived there they made me wait 5 minutes to even ask a question, once I finally got my answer they made me wait in a “que” in line for someone to see me. I was second, the First Lady was sitting in her car and came a little before the guy that was clearly the BM assistant friend came & sat down and they completely disregarded the que, what’s the point of a que then???? Finally after waiting 30 mins I sit down with the branch manager clearly explain my situation which is VERY sensitive material not only sensitive but very limited time. When I spoke to someone on the phone they said the bank would be able to help me but that would be their discretion, The BM ASSISTANT COMPLETELY disregarded the hardship I was going through even letting him know I might end up homeless. EVEN THOUGH I have been with this bank for more than a year and chose not to help me. Eventually when I’m in the means I plan to sue for distress , I was speaking to td representatives since 8 am in the morning if I wouldn’t have called my money And account would still be open. Instead I lost it all. Please DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
