I ordered an item online and when I arrived to pick it up the order had been canceled because it was out of stock but the person working at the pick-up counter was so empathetic, I left the store feeling uplifted 🙂

I went in to return a comforter. I went to the returns area because in department stores, typically thats the only place to return an item. The cashier was very upset to see me and said "You cut the line!" So I told her I assumed you could only make returns at the returns area...like every other store in Sarasota. She said "You can return it anywhere". I told her I clearly wasn't aware since that's unusual and apologized, but she had a horrible attitude the rest of the time. I was told I couldn't return my comforter because it was As Is. As in..missing items. Nothing on their store site told me that was policy...so I wasted gas money going to the store for no reason. I will never shop here again. Rude staff and a company who can't even run a website properly.

A great place to buy towels or pillows or blankets or forks and stuff like that they almost should’ve called it HomeGoods!!!! That’s my joke, Kevin my nephew always laughs at that one The only problem is they seem to have too many options so it’s like if you go there for a blue towel and you spend 25 minutes deciding whether to get ocean blue, aqua blue, navy blue, baby blue or white are usually just go with the color that’s on sale Probably why my condo looks like a rainbow right now

I'm sure BBB makes plenty enough money to provide their shoppers with shopping carts that are not full of rust and broken down. The bathroom was foul and the pen on the credit card machine looked like it got mauled by a racoon or some other sort of rodent. I was about to make a purchase exceeding $100 and left it all behind. Why should I shop at a place that doesn't care, value or respect its patrons by providing a clean, safe environment to shop.

Polite staff and good store, but no price tags on 80% of the products. Was a little bit annoying cuz me and my husband were doing big, big shopping and it’s definitely not helpful at all when you are trying to decide which item to go with. Besides that, I love BBB, best deals ever.

I went here to purchase an item very briefly. It had been advertised as one price on the rack but when I went to check out, it rang up for more. When I informed the cashier she just said “well it rang up for this price.” That was obviously the reason why I said something, because it wasn’t the price I had seen posted. Another associate came and just grabbed and went to the back to price check it. After waiting a few moment she came back and just told the cashier there were multiple locations it was placed and only one of them was the wrong price. She didn’t apologize or even speak to me after that. Just discounted it and made it seem like I was in the wrong for speaking up for being mislead.

I was able to find a great set of curtains and curtain rods here fro my new home and at an amazing low price. The store was clean and staff friendly. The store has a very wide selection of products of all ranges and even more online to choose from.

Nice store But online ordering is not good. The ads are Not what you're getting 🤨 Ordered a vacuum and it came 3 days Late and WASN'T WHAT I THOUGHT, based on the ad. Returning it was easy but I chose not to go back there or order online from there

This store is so great with their return policy and exchanges. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have quality products and a large selection to choose from. I like the outdoor furniture selection

OMG... This is, and was the BIGGEST, Bed-Bath-and Beyond, I've ever been in! 😀 We needed an 'area rug' for a room in the new haus, but didn't find it here, but we did find some excellent 'chargers' for the dining room table! They were just the perfect color, and at $10 with 20% off, how could we go wrong?! OMG... 😛
