Beautiful merchandise but horrid customer service. Once I purchased my items they were extremely rude and misleading about when they would be at the store. Item arrived almost a month after they promised and they refused to be accountable or update me. They keep minimal inventory in store so things have to be shipped there or they charge a lot to ship directly to your house. Very disappointing for what I've paid.

Z-G has a great selection for the home especially their accent pieces. Always up to date with the latest decorating trends. The staff are knowledgeable, educated in the products, helpful and polite. When you go in the store have fun and find something beautiful to improve the decorative look of your home.

Today my Mother and I were shopping in this store. She picked up an ornament and felt horrible seconds later as it slipped out of her hand and broke. She turned immediately toward the cash register where a few employees were standing and said, "I'm so sorry I just accidentally broke something." They stood there with no reaction. We waited for a few minutes and she said to me "how much is this I'm going to pay for it." As she was looking for the tag on the broken ornament, a male employee walked over took the ornament from her hand. He rudlely said out loud, because the broken part was underneath and he presumably couldn't see the damage, "did you just put that back in there?" motioning toward the basket. She said "no, that's the one I broke." And she was reaching in her purse for her wallet to follow him to pay. He came back over toward us and said as he swept his hand toward us like leave "I won't make you pay this time, but the next time it happens..." I said, she was trying to pay you...he interrupted and said, "I SAID GO..." I said she wanted to pay, she felt horri-.... he interrupted again, "HAVE A NICE DAY! So, now I'm not feeling badly anymore, I'm mad my Mom is being treated this way and I said, "You are rude she felt horrible and he shouts over me "BYE HAVE A NICE DAY" Two or three times in a row. I said as I was leaving, "Merry Christmas, try harder to have some feelings sometime soon" But something tells me that won't happen. If the owner of this store is reading this, I implore you to watch the video footage to verify it happened exactly as I've said. She was actually walking around the store trying to decide which color blanket of yours she was going to buy her granddaughter. She would have paid for the ornament and bought the blanket but instead we were treated beyond poorly and pretty much chased out. To say to her "...the next time it happens" Just wow!

I bought a couch here today of course it hasn't been delivered . However, I read a bunch of bad reviews about the staff and I've been in this store twice and had a great experience both times. The manager was very helpful, they didn't hoard over you like some furniture stores but they were definitely there and ready to answer questions. I would have given it five stars but since the couch has not been delivered I'm giving it four and I will adjust it after delivery. However, the staff was great

I went to UTC some months ago to see what they have for my living room and found a beautiful sectional recliner (verona). As I was not immediately sure to buy it. After some days, I decided to buy it online. The estimated delivery date was 8-10 weeks. We're now around 12 weeks after, and the new delivery date is somewhere between mid-end of august (so between 15-17 weeks since the order). I had this information only because I contacted them to have a follow up (otherwise I don't expect they would have contacted me). Customer service take ages to get back to you. I was told that they have all the sections except one. I asked to have them delivered, awaiting for the last one (we have nowhere to seat in the living room in our new house). No answer. However, they took the entire payment, which, if I recall well, is not even allowed by the FTC when a product is so long to be delivered (I'm wondering what they would think of that). Anyway, if you plan to buy with them, just assume it won't arrive on time and you won't get informed of the status. Nota: I would be happy to update my review when the order will arrive, if it does someday (even partially).

The worst employees ever. I have been in this store and purchased many lovely things. I went in the store last week. I didn't have a mask on as I've been vaccinated and there is no state mandate. This store actually set off a death alarm because I was without mask AND called the mall security, which by the way the mall doesn't enforce any mask mandate since there isn't one in Florida. I was treated by Leslie as if I had a grenade in my hand ready to set it off. Is this how you treat your customers with insane rude behavior?

Pro tip: Subscribe to their catalog for 15 to 30% off offers. They also have some surprisingly good deals on paintings and framed art from time to time. This is a chic affordable place to pick up some nice home decor. I’ve been impressed by the quality and selection. The staff goes out of their way to assist you with any questions you may have.

Nice upscale store in the University Mall. Has chairs and furniture made for rhem all over the world. Nice framed art work, crystal, stemware, and some place settings. Overall a home ware store very well appointed with helpful staff.
