My credit card information was taken twice by one of the employees due to the corona situation they physically take your card number over the phone. When I checked my bank statement I had been charged twice, I was told it didn’t go through the first time I gave the number. I called to let them know and was told I can be given the number to customers service. I told her you guys said the transaction didn’t go through and charged me again. I was told to take the number to customer service because it’s not their problem and was hung up on and they refuse to answer my call. I called back from a different # the employee was very combative and disrespectful as if it wasn’t their fault. DO NOT shop at this location they are taking your credit card information and and adding charges for things you didn’t buy! I know times are hard but stealing from the very customers that are supporting you during this time is beyond me.

I usually love visiting this Sallys, it is very well kept and laid out inside compared to other Sallys I have visited. However, I had the misfortune of visiting while they were doing a promotion for some brand. They had cameras all outside and a bunch of people idling around. This did not bug me at first, but I was in the hair color aisle trying to pick out what colors I wanted when three different reps came up to me to ask if I needed help right after another. Literally, right after another. I appreciate them if they were genuinely trying to help but I do not know how each rep did not see the other just finish talking to me. They never approach me otherwise, so it was obvious they were trying to be extra nice because of the promotion or that they were trying to hurry me out. I am not sure which. That annoyed me a lot. And then they were about to film so a bunch of people were just standing in front of the products I wanted to look at, trying to get their 15 seconds of fame. I had to reach between their legs just to pick out my products. This is normally a great location when they are not trying to film a brand advertisement.

I was pleasantly surprised at how open and we'll organized this location felt upon entering the store. Actually it was unlike any "Beauty Supply" that I've visited in recent memory. You know the ones with weave signs covering the windows and a sea of merchandise haphazardly organized throughout the store. Here, I instantly noticed the difference. Additionally, the service was also excellent. The lady that assisted me was knowledgeable about the clippers I was hoping to purchase which was appreciated. Unfortunately they were out of the particular ones I wanted ( which happened to be in sale) so she allowed me to purchase them and then pick them up later once they arrived. I must say those madder my shopping experience much better.

I just walked in at 8:01 the girl yelled to me “we are closed.” But online it states they close at 9pm. I even told her I knew what I was getting and she still said. “Sorry we are closed.” Not nice customer service...since when is closing your door more important that service? When it states you’re open on Saturday until 9pm online. And the door was unlocked when I walked in. Won’t be coming here again! Just because of the poor service and lack of understanding to me as the guest....

The experience you get depends on when you go and who’s working. Some employees are very nice and helpful. But most of them act like your presence annoys them. This has happened to me several times but this time I’m upset enough to write a review. I went in ready to spend like $50 on all the products I needed. Going to get the first product, two workers were in the isle blocking what I needed. The nice one asked me if I needed help and I told her I was looking at X product. The other worker never moved aside so I could look at the different options and pick my two. And then she started bad mouthing someone with a different coworker, cursing and everything. Really inappropriate for work and for a customer being almost on top of you just trying to get what I came in for. I asked her a question and she ignored me. At that point, I left extremely annoyed. I feel bad for the few girls that do their job well. But the others mess up everything for them. I’ve had enough and I would rather drive 20 minutes away to another Sally’s than put up with rudeness here.

The lady with the red/orange/gray hair is the manager!! She is EXTREMELY rude!!!!!!!!!! I heard the way she spoke to her staff and also one of the customers. This place should be shut down!!!!! I found one girl that took the time to help me. But all the manager kept saying was what brings you in......with the fakes smile I’ve even seen. This store needs new management fast before they send Sally out of business.

I had a great experience at this Sally's location. The ladies who work there were so welcoming and helpful. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and the manager asked me to notify her if I needed help finding anything. The cashier who checked me out which I believe her name was Felisha was very polite and friendly, I will definitely be returning to this store for any beauty supplies that I may need. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical about going here because of the reviews when I googled the closest beauty store but I'm so glad I decided to just go.

This is by far one of the best Sally Beauty Supply stores! I go out of my way to go here because the employees are super friendly & extremely helpful, especially Ashley! She is so sweet, friendly and her advice is always on point! She knows her products and if she doesn't she will find out the answer for you and will not give up!

Me and my mother went into Sally's for the first time today at this location, went in there to try to buy some hair dye was asking the ladies if you questions and asking them if they could explain a few things and sarah and felica ( which where the two ladies helping us) were very rude wasn't even helping us are paying attention they were too busy talking to each other and playing on her phone and playing games with each other made my mother feel very uncomfortable and like she was being talked down to. After this experience I would never go back in there again. Their customer service was very rude!

I agree with the other posts. Customer service here is a joke. I asked the girl behind the counter for help finding a polish. I thought maybe she was finishing a task and would come and help me. Nope. I just walked back and forth trying to find the item myself, and she went about doing whatever it was she was doing. Then I finally walked to the register to buy some $3 makeup sponges since she didn't care about selling me any gel polish. She texted on her phone for a while and then asked a guy if he could come ring me up. What a joke. Id rather buy product in store, but feel forced to resort to buying online because I could get more information doing my own research than actually asking a "professional" for help.
