Never had this many problems and issues with a Pharmacy. Completely incompetent. The doctor sent in the prescription, called afterwards to confirm it was received and had another prescription transferred over. 2 days called again as I hadn't received any information if the prescription was ready. They couldn't find the prescription in their system. Finally talked to someone and they found it. Hadn't been filled, said it would be the next day. Next day they say they are out of one of the prescriptions now and can only give a few pills. Will have it ready and delivered first thing next week. Again, not enough pills, they ran out again... 6 pills at a time is completely ridiculous. Asked to have them bubble packed and have been dealing with a few days worth of pills for a week now. Had the same type of issues with the Vics pharmacy on 12 Ave. Strongly suggest going to any other pharmacy then Vic's.

These guys go the extra mile for their customers. After getting my husband home from the hospital we had issues that required equipment we did not have. I called several places that could not offer any help until I called Vic’s and reached Vic himself. He made arrangements to have what I needed sent to his store immediately and I was able to pick it up just a few minutes later. I about cried when they said, “no charge.” These are nice, helpful people.

Very friendly and helpful when I visited the pharmacy. I was going to be having my surgery soon, so I needed my chewable vitamins. They even gave me samples of every flavor of the chewable vitamin for me to try. When I asked about the protein powder, she came out and showed me there were different flavors, and unflavored. I was very impressed, and felt like they had great customer service and competent staff.
