Orlando and the person he was training treated my son and I with a great smile. Orlando informed me about some specials and also told me that he would be around if I needed him, which I loved because he gave me my space. Orlando is very knowledgeable and patient. The trainee was also very helpful, specially when it came to son. She played and kept him busy while Orlando and I were completing the transaction. I am so grateful for them both. They made my shopping easy and hassle free. EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO BOBS FURNITURE!! ~oscar

I usually don't write a review but I was treated so poorly at this store that I wouldn't buy anything again. My daughter and I purchased a summer top and unfortunately my daughter did not check the tag to see what size it was. When we got home she tried the top and realized it was small and not large so did not fit. I had the two receipts for all the merchandise I bought that day. When I tried to take it back they said that the top was not showing in my receipts. Unfortunately my daughter lost the tag and now I'm out of money for the purchased I made. I was charged for 2 tops and this was one of them but they refused to give me my money back even with the receipt. I will never buy anything again at this store. I guess you get what you pay for. CHIP STUFF BAD SERVICE. I usually buy things from Nordstrom and Macy's and never have any problems changing them. Don't waste your money going to this store. ~Larry

Placed an online order for curbside pickup for Mother's Day, instructed to call when there so they can bring it out. Get there, and no one answers the phone. Apparently, they don't do curbside pickups so had to wait in line. One person attending front desk. Made me late and wife upset. ~Daniel

Only one employee for the first half of the day, the other comes in towards the later afternoon time frame. None of them wear employe badges that say their name. We came in to return some equipment and the process took about an hour and half just to do returns. terrible customer service, poor team management. Would highly suggest returning somewhere else. the store just seemed soo empty but with tons of customers waiting around to be helped list of people was about 16-18 persons with one employee. go at your own risk. also your experience will vary this was just my experience here at this location.. ~Juan

Rental of the van went fairly smooth since NC Rental staff at Burbank Airport were able to get us a 12 passenger van rather than a 15 passenger van (no room for luggage). The van was comfortable with plenty of room for luggage. The only two problems were: 1. No steps to climb into the van. This made it difficult for some co-travelers to climb up and down. 2. No outlets to charge cell phones. Had to use own adapter. Return went very smooth. All together we were pretty happy with the entire process. ~Massoud

Was in the area and got some Chick-fil-A for home. Employees truly live up to their expectation of being very hospitable. Clean location, not a lot of waiting when I came in the afternoon. Favorite has to be the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich. Chicken nuggets are great too. They don’t feel super fried, so you don’t feel too Oily after eating. ~Vahe
