AMAZING STORE OMG !! i pre-ordered the first print signed edition on the Encanto art book and first of all they use premium bubble wrap so you get nice maximum poppage time when its time to pop those bad boys. Nicely packaged and the book was in EXCELLENT delicious condition. Also when i got curious on my book because this was my first time ordering from them and Stuart was such a sweet fun guy! Terrible service. My package was lost (not their fault), but when I asked to speak to a manager I was told she doesn't speak English and so I wouldn't be able to speak to her. When I asked the rep to help with a claim, he said he was new. Long story short it is not 45 days later and I am out a total of $170 in fees due to this issue. I was able to contact Corporate and am hoping they can step in and assist with getting me refunded. ~Jen

This staples location is terrible for any event printing needs. (or any bigger print jobs). They completely messed up our order so at the last minute we had to send dinner menu's and other event printing needs to a local FedEx. They gave us wrong quantities, and didn't print things we needed and way more of other things we had only small quantities for instead. PLUS, they charged us double for something that they messed up. EVENT PROFS, DO NOT GO HERE TO PRINT. Save your time, money and energy and go to FedEx in Manhattan Beach. ~Charlie

Store people are quite helpful and quick in serving however there was one women who is very lazy to even give the ready Pizza. She took more than 8mins to take an order on phone call 😂 This Dominos store always surprises me with the worst Pizza. Not sure why the employees are not well trained. I have tried the pizza at other locations in Torrance and they do it really good. I will never prefer this store here on ~naresh

Plan to go to this store when they are not on lunch. I came to the store recently to pick up and in store pick i made online. When i arrived at the store ALL of the doors were closed and there was a note posted that simply said “Lunch.” I understand we are in a pandemic and operating hours have been adjusted to slow the spread of the virus but the website states that the store is open from 11am-7pm, no where in that suggest that they will be taking a lunch and closing the store from 2-3pm in the middle of the week. They should have more courtesy to customers’ time and display that the store hours with regard to closing for lunch daily while already operating on limited hours due to the pandemic. Fortunately for them i previously ordered the product because ALL of the other jewelry stores in the mall do not close for lunch in the middle of the day. ~Reginald

Best price, convenient location, and this is a plus of having the membership. Even when lines look large, waiting time is not greater than 5 minutes. Enjoy your visit! ~Omar
