I went to the Wells Fargo on Dartmouth and Sheridan. I met with Personal Banker Tonya Martinez. Tonya was very pleasant, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I was a little stressed about an expired cashier check and her professionalism calmed me down. She knew exactly what to do to help me and if she didn't have the answers she quickly found the answers. Normally I go here on the way home from work as it's on my way to get snacks and that type of thing. I will not be going there anymore as of 10 minutes ago. Some counter girl with shoulder length blonde hair was in the middle of a "shift change" and I asked what that meant. Harmless enough. She gave me a huge amount of attitude about my question and treated me like an idiot. I will be contacting management and taking my business elsewhere. ~Ian

I used the ATM and bought a few other small items. There is no phone number to contact them. The cashier charged me $50 for a coffee and 3 cigars!?! ~Misti

Stopped in for fuel and a drink. Asked about the restrooms and they said there aren't any. Kind of frustrating as a paying customer; will make it a point to not stop at this location again. ~Dan

I went in today to get my phone upgraded. Jeremiah helped me, and he was so beyond kind & amazing. For starters, it was only him & one other employee working on a very busy Sunday. I watched Jeremiah remain kind & patient with every single person he helped. He went above and beyond to make things work out for me today, and put in so much extra effort that I can’t imagine I would have gotten from anyone else. Huge thank you, Jeremiah. We have taken our 80s vintage Kentucky double drop furniture trailer from Monarch Marching Band Program to them for annual inspections for years. Absolutely take care of all issues at a very fair price. They are busy, because they are so good!!!! Work has been excellent! And if you want parts for just about everything on trailers - they generally have in stock. ~Mark

Pay attention to the reviews below, if you need help especially technical support, definitely go elsewhere. This location is only capable of handling sales and little else. The reviews below indicate a trend in service and customer satisfaction. It's not just whining customers, it's seems like a culture issue at this particular location. The employee I was working with refused to help me, and then when I mentioned that customer support told me to come to the store he proceeded to call them incompetent and that they did not know how to perform their jobs (thought these folks would be on the same team?) He made a point to highlight their high turnover rates and that most of them have little experience. This was the opposite of what I felt talking to phone support. Then, he muted the customer representative on MY phone so that he could talk about how "dumb" the customer support staff was to his manager. He was also very quick, if not demeaning to the phone support staff, cutting them off and acting as if he knew everything to know about the process. This was highly unprofessional, and the manager did very little to refute his behavior. Another customer also came in while I was on the phone with customer support in that location with frustration over service. After that customer had left, the representative who called other verizon staff dumb, and another employee started mocking and making fun of that other customer. I've worked several jobs in customer service and I get that you can confide in coworkers, but doing it in front of customers is super unprofessional. I was on the phone with support for over two hours, and I'm not saying Verizon's phone support is perfect by any metric, but the quality of service you'll get in this location is certainly not up to par. Also, to park at cherry creek mall it costs $2 for up to 2 hours. ~Sameer

Ordered a cake last year for my corgis 1st bday & had an incredible experience! Service was excellent and speedy. My girl loved her cake, communication was great and you can feel how much they care about you and your dog. Highly recommend! ~Rhianna
