I'm giving this place a 5 star review because my package was lost in transit for 2 weeks and the amazing employee named Francis helped me. Thankfully he was able locate my package and got it shipped back in my direction. This man deserves a raise for the amazing job he did. If you ever need help with something speak to him! Decently priced. Went into the changing rooms today, the one in the middle specifically. Saw the camera in the reflection of the mirror (camera is placed above the cashiers wall opposite side of the changing rooms). I hope the cameras do not see nor record people changing... very uncomfortable to think about. I walked over to the cashiers side to double check if the cameras would be able to see downwards into the changing rooms.... I'm pretty sure it can since it's so high up. The cameras would definitely be able to see people's reflections as they are changing. Keep in mind the next time you are here ~Panou

While I feel some prices are a bit high on some things, I am impressed with their selection of meat and seafood. Fantastic looking cuts of meat and fresh. I will shop there again. I was happy with my selection and service. ~squishy

Yesterday a friend and I went for a small treat. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location. I was very disappointed. There was hardly anywhere to sit because so many tables were dirty. Staff took our order, they were somewhat friendly but, I kind of felt it was a bother to wait on us. I would have understood if they were understaffed but that was not the case. They were standing around and talking. I did hear one person say something about they needed to work as a team. They clearly were not and even watched one employee shake her head no about working as a team and make comments. Very disappointed in this, I will go elsewhere from now on. This is unfortunate, I have always loved going to Mary’s Market. ~claudia

Matthew is always such a nice young man! Best pharmacist in Rockford hands down. Today, I had an issue with the young girl who works behind the counter and answers the phone. I could barely understand her over the phone because she was hardly enunciating. For whatever reason, she couldn't give me definite answers on my prescription. When I showed up in person, the pharmacist kindly apologized and gave me what I needed. I'm not gonna lie though, this isn't the first time that this has happened. Hopefully they will get a new person to answer the phone because she does not know how to answer a question . ~Peachy

I’ve been treating myself to Meg’s since going to RVC. The frozen hot chocolate is incredible. I’m a fan of everything I’ve tried. The macchiato is one of my favorites & you can’t beat the muffins and cookies. ~Alyssa

Nice friendly clean place. Just stopped in again today and with everyone scared of virus, most places are bare but not here. All employees were working at a 110% today. They even put distance markers so people don't get to close. That is GENIUS. I THINK YOU SAV A LOT. ~stephanie
